Best benzoyl peroxide treatment on the market. When I get a big pimple, I use this product to zap it fast. Under sunscreen, it also works to prevent pimples from forming in the "danger zones." I've used this product loyally for 5+ years...will never switch to another brand.

I have a cystic acne located on my nose and I had two surgical removals done by plastic surgeon. The acne did not go away. Used all types of prescribed products by dermatologists(medications containing 4% salicylic acid and other chemicals) and it didn't work. After trying all these treatments, I was hopeless and purchased this product without any expectations. I used it 4 nights in a row and my acne went away. I decided to share my experience so that people who might have same problem with me, can gain from my experience. I purchased this product from harristeeter but you can also find this through other grocery stores. It is well worth the price.

this is a great acne product to have! it works fast, nearly overnight, and is effective at reducing inflammation, redness, zits, etc.

I used this treatment gel (more like a cream) as part of my last resort before visiting the dermatologist. I didn't want to pay $$$ to only be pumped full of meds and slather on ointments that may or may not work. Firstly- I changed my diet to more lean meat, veggies and water ( i still consumed 1% milk and a few pcs of dove dark chocolate as a treat ;-)  bcuz my skin doesnt react to dairy), then i added a Fish oil vitamin ( Super omega 3 by wonder laboratories: molecularly distilled (free of toxins) and pharmaceutical grade - both characteristics extremely important when taking Fish oil supplement). I was already exercising 5 days a week so the last thing i needed to add to my regimen was something topical. In comes C&C persa 10 gel. @ Night: i gently washed my face for 15 seconds using Aveeno clear complexion FOAMING facial wash, let my face air-dry(never use a washcloth), then apply a heavy layer of Persa gel (my skin can take the amount) - let that dry for 20 min, and then apply Aveeno clear complexion moisturizer. In the morning: the same as the night time ritual (but i fully rub Persa gel in before applying moisturizer) and my makeup glides smoothly and lasts all day. After 5 days (no exxaggeration) my skin was clear. Previously i had about 4 medium sized pimples on EACH cheek and 3 small- medium sized pimples on my forehead. so to come that far in five days was RIDICULOUSLY amazing. I truly believe all my healthy changes - along with heavy,consistent use of the Persa gel 10 cleared my acne. Needless to say i dont need to go to the derma anymore. Of course all skin types are different and everything wont work for everyone- but try my whole 180 degree regimen to see a difference in your skin and overall bodily health. I cant believe how smooth and acne free my skin is. And i thought i couldnt stay out of the mirror before Lol. try it! I originally bought persa gel 5 because I live in Canada and we only have that here. But then I went on a trip to New York and decided to try persa gel 10. Persa gel 5 worked, but slowly. The first night i tried Persa gel 10, I saw a huge difference! I use: Clean & Clear Persa Gel 10 at night Wash my face with Clean & Clear Morning Burst (orange bottle) moisturize with Aveeno ultra calming moisturizer with spf 15 I've been doing this for about 3 days and have seen a HUGE improvement!

I am 15 years old and used to have moderate acne but with the help of this I would now say I have light acne. I am going to a school dance and when I was going dress shopping I noticed I had about 25 pimples on my chest. Every night I applied this stuff on my chest and face for a week. Now my skin is 80% clear!!! This stuff was my last resort to clear my acne so I look good for the dance and it worked :) I used it as a spot treatment on all my pimples including chest ones. It didn't bleach my shirt towels or sheets. It can be drying but the flakyness is what helps remove acne. If my face got really dry I would moisturize my face first then apply the treatment and in the morning use a wash cloth to get the dead skin off. Bottom line this stuff saved me

I never had a problem with acne until University... Then I started breaking out badly on my chin only. I figured it was me touching my face but it continued for years... and then it got so bad one summer I was desperate and bought this... I saw results the hour I put it on!!! My chin is finally looking....normal ish. no longer red and full of pimples. The ones I had on are a lot less red and drying out and slowly going away..... I'm praying this continues to work forever, because so far it's amazing. Mosturizer is needed when using this, since it is a medicine not a creme to soothe your face haha

Overall, I found this product to be amazing! Within days of my first application my acne started to clear up. Albeit, my skin isn't crystal clear, it has definitely done an excellent job in helping clear it up. It does have a tendency to leave a milky film after application; however, if you use this at night it shouldn't be a problem. My only problem with this product, is the bleaching of my clothing and pillow. Other than that, I can't complain. It did exactly what was expected!

The only negative part about this product is that it does dry out your skin really bad in the beginning. But exfoliating solves that. And I have very tan skin, this product dries white so it sometimes looked like I had white paint smudged on my face. Other than those two thing this product really works. Be persistent. It took me about 1 week to notice a difference. By week 3 others started noticing. Best acne medicine/treatment I've ever used.

I used to have terrible acne on my cheeks. They were a lot of small bumps varying in size. I tried anti-bacterial soap, astringent every night, face wash, and other products but this was the only thing that helped me. Not only did it work well, but it worked FAST. It got rid of a years old problem in 2 weeks. Since the bumps were everywhere, I applied it all over. Just now they're starting to return, but in fewer numbers, but that's because of stress and medication. In the morning or later on in the day, I would get up and rinse off the dried product, and reapply it. If you really want this stuff to work, you have to be consistent. I wear makeup a lot, and Clean & Clear Persa Gel is the only thing that has kept my face clear.
