Pros:

No break outs or heavy bleeding

It works well and I've tryed two other types of birth control and went right back to this one because it didn't make me break out or bleed for two weeks.very low mg pill love it.every womens body is different find the one that works for you stay away from the ones that give you less periods.GEt the lowest mg you can for your weight ask your doc and don't just take anything they give you because it's a free sample they are just tying to push new product know your stuff google different types of pills and get feedback before choosing one. : )

Pros:

Not preggers. Bigger boobs within the first week. Regular, usually predictable periods.

Cons:

Horrible mood swings and cramping. I fight with my bf almost constantly, and I'm depressed. Still get acne from time to time, but not as bad.

I use Velivet, the generic form. I'm horribly moody all month, with frequent bad headaches.

Pros:

Not pregnant, happy with skin

Cons:

Feel nauseous in AM (but don't get sick)

I started with the red pills and felt fine, despite warnings that it causes nausea. I even took it during the day with no problem. I went on to the green pills and got my period (right on time). But when I went to the yellow pills (taken right before bed), I started feeling nauseous in the mornings ~ but didn't actually get sick. I'm happy with its efficacy in preventing pregnancy, and my skin is improved (still some acne but no cysts). Hope my morning nausea fades away, skin keeps clearing up and my insurance covers the full cost.

Pros:

no babies, 3 day periods, lighter cramps, cheap

Cons:

extreme nausea and vomiting, weight loss

I was on this for about a month, and it did not agree with me at all! It gave me so much nausea, I threw up and got violently ill third week of my first pack, as well as first week of my second pack. I went and got something different (I was on Aviane before this, and now I am on Lutera, Aviane's "sister" drug) and have seen no nausea since my change-over. My doctor thought it wasn't just the pill that was making me ill, but after I quit Cyclessa I noticed almost an immediate change. I lost quite a bit of weight (7 pounds in a month) because I didn't want to/couldn't really eat...I felt so sick, and nothing sounded good. Just thinking about food made my stomach turn! It did it's job though...no babies! Just didn't work for me.

Pros:

my acne is significantly better after one month, not pregnant, free at planned parenthood, haven't gained weight

Cons:

i am WAY more emotional now, crying often, my period was heavier than normal

i feel like an emotional wreck, but i am not pregnant and its been a miracle worker on my skin. the emotional stuff has to do with my boyfriend being a jerk, but i have been overreacting to everything. its not good...i am on the verge of tears over small things. my acne was really bad though and its clearing right up...i have received many compliments on my skin since i started!

Pros:

breasts definetly bigger, not what I take it for but a nice addition! no moodiness!!!!

Cons:

sick to my stomach every morning, not terrible, but consistant. hungry all the time - eating more has caused slight weight gain.

It took a long time for me to find a pill that doesn't make me moody or sad or cry all the time! The nausea is really irritating, but it's a small price to pay for preventing pregnancy with consistant moods! My periods have always been regular and light. This pill caused my entire period to happen in pretty much one day, which is really the opposite of pleasant. I'm anxious though to see if things balance out a little after a couple more months. I have mild acne and haven't noticed a change for better or worse.

Pros:

zero side effects, really.
predictable periods
tiny pills, which is nice
effective birth control

Cons:

little bit of weight gain, BUT i just moved in together with my boyfriend and i'm probably picking up some of his bad eating habits. so possibly disregard this.

basically, i was expecting some sort of reaction from this, anything. it's been 6 months and nothing has changed. i don't feel like i'm on a medication at all. previous to this i was on the nuvaring, which i think gave me some bad side effects. its so hard to tell, because i was in a crappy relationship which can bring about side effects of its own. i was worried that i'd never be able to remember to take a pill at the same time every day, but you know what? you get used to it. i just set an alarm on my cell phone and it's really helped. even if you are a couple hours late, its really no big deal. i'm a fan <3
