Pros:

Less acne, bigger boobs

Cons:

Weight Gain, painful periods

I've only been on the pill for two months, but can honestly say that my skin has improved dramatically, yet I put on 2kg. I haven't suffered depression or anything, my self esteem has sky rocketed!

Pros:

*Clears skin...eventually!!

Cons:

* takes A LONG TIME to work
* gets worse before it gets better
* Expensive (have to ship from Canada)
* takes 3 weeks to get to my doorstep, have to order in advance
* taking a pill every day

I have waited a full & complete 6 months to review this...it DOES work, but it takes TIME. As you can see for me, the cons outweigh the pros. Unfortunately, this has been the only thing to effectively clear up my acne, and I have tried EVERYTHING! So for me, it's worth it. Chances are it will probably get worse before it gets better, but for most people it usually kicks in in 3-4 months. I was one of the unlucky ones who it took a complete 6 months to see full results. But now, I RARELY break out. I used to have 3-4 new pimples/cysts each day. Waking up with nothing to worry about seeing it the mirror is so, so worth it :-) if you're from the USA, you can order this BC from a canadian pharmacy online with your doctors prescription.

Cons:

Sore breasts. Erythema (little red dots) on feet, legs and arms, Got some really big painful zits. Other things maybe not related to diane like bad pains on both legs.

I have been on it for a little more than a month, it seems it takes a while to work, but I have been having strange symptoms, not sure if it's from Diane but they started little after starting taking it. Also it seems one of the most common side effects is depression, which I already have, so... I'll give it a couple more months. I just wished the doctor had asked me if I had any illnesses or anything that could become worse by taking diane or tell me the side effects, because I wouldn't have wanted to start taking it. But I already bought the pills necessary for 6 months because he told me to go back in 6 months to see how it was working. Reading all the side effects and problems that can come of taking it I think I should see him sooner than 6 months...

Pros:

Definately cleared my acne.

Cons:

Experiencing either thinning hair or hair loss. Headaches. Zero libido. Weight gain. Took 10 months for me to see solid results.

You have to weigh the lesser of evils which changes with each individual. The side effects were noted at least after 6 months of usage.

Pros:

regulated period and lightened it

Cons:

acne was the worse I've ever had
moody!
expensive

If you want to be happy and have clear skin i recommend not using this.

Pros:

-No Acne

Cons:

-Bloated
-Huge weight gain/ Always hungry
-Depression

I am only on my second month of Diane 35 but I've decided to end it because the amount of weight I have gained is an enormous amout. I went from very slim to chunky very quickly. I understand weight gain depends on the person. Acne was not a big issue for me, but what I had cleared up quickly. As for menstral pains, I still have them. I know you must stay on the pill for three months for Diane 35 to start working in that area. And another thing, since starting the pill I found myself very upset and depressed. I've seen some very good reviews, and some bad reviews. Depends on the person.

Pros:

breakouts stopped within the first week of treatment; by the second week ended, only the spots remained; No abnormal weight gain; Smoooooth skin

Cons:

sex drive decreased; doesn't diminish spots as quickly- additional treatments required.

this stuff really works! I have only been using it for month now so mu experience is limited

hi guys, its my first day on Dianette. Im using it as acne treatment not contraception. I havnt taken it just yet coz Im a bit confused on how im suppose to take it. It say's take the 1st tablet on the 1st day of ur next cycle. Do i wait even if im using it for acne. Can someone help please. Thanks

Pros:

Clear Skin
Regular Periods
No Baby's!

Cons:

Depression. But i choose to get stay on this pill because my skin is amazing.
Tiredness.

Love to love this pill. Also hate to love it. I had feelings of suicide when i first started it 3 years ago because the hormone levels are so high. Now i suffer from mild depression. Very mild though that i can easily overcome it. Still love this pill.

Pros:

lighter period, cleaner skin, no menstrual cramps

my face was terrible, I hardly want to face people to talk to them, with Diane-35 my face is crystal clear, no acne. i feel great.
