Pros:

my menstruation period is regulated. my breasts got bigger, too.

Cons:

I still have break outs even using diane for 2 months already.

I just got this severe acne when I turned 21 (I'm turning 23 already. Before I had a great skin, but now, I have a terrible one! My derma told me that in my case (severe acne), I have to wait for 3 to 4 months to see the results. So far, I just feel worst! I didn't feel the result. I've tried many medications already but I always end up having big bumps all over my face. I've got to comment again here after I Have taken my 3rd pack of diane as to assess if its really effective to me. MAJOR BOTTOMLINE: Diane's result depends on the person.

Pros:

CLEARS UP ALL ACNE!!! Bigger boobs.

Cons:

MIGRAINES!!!!

If you are having problems with acne, you should try diane 35. It worked wonders for my skin. I had to stop taking it because of intense migraines.

Pros:

I really don't see any pros... I was expecting this stuff to clear my acne up but it never did. My acne actually got worse at times.

Cons:

The acne didn't go away for me. Mind you I probably have chronic acne.

I went on this for over 6 months, my dermatologist took me off of it because obviously it wasn't working. I guess this works for some people so it doesn't hurt to try it. Just don't get upset if it doesn't work.

Pros:

Beautiful skin after3 months or so, able to tan in the summer months, my freckles come through which I like..only have to take it once a day..so very conveinent for my busy lifestyle.

Cons:

Sore breasts, weight gain..and stretch marks.

I used Diane 35 about a year ago..and went off because I put on about 7 pounds ( i was not eating well either) so that could have contributed. AFter that I went onto Tetracycline..which worked..but hurt my liver so it wasnt the greatest. Then from that I went onto Yasmin..which was the biggest mistake so far. My doctor said it would begin to heal the skin after 6 weeks..I have never had full acne all over my face like Yasmin gave me. Now i am eating very well..an still the yasmin is not coping with my body. It also gave me cysts in my breasts. I just switched back to Diane, and Im taking 1000mg of Tetracycline with it for now until i see a little improvement. Girls the Diane is amazing.When I was on it..i never got one pimple. It makes your life easier..and if you have a good diet and lifetyle with hardly drinking no smoking..the side effects should no be harmful.

Pros:

Regular menstrual sicle. Bigger Boobs, and it cleared my skin. NO MORE ACNE.. finally

Cons:

More of a nees to sleep. More food cravings, a little gain of weight.

I think that this birth control pill is awsome. It cleared my skin, regulized my period, and i have bigger boobs. IT WORKS. every Con is worth it because you feel better about yourself and i`ve gotton more attention aroung people. I finally get to say i do look beautiful.!!!!!!

headaches especially at nights

I went to my Gyno to recommed a birth control for me as Im getting married soon, she noticed that I have some acne(had this since 12 and I 26 now) and prescribed Diana 35, I have been taking it for just about two weeks now and notice that I get headaches every night about 2 hours after taking the pill, have'nt seen any improvement in my acne yet but I'm definately going to continue using it, as I will love to have clear skin, and bigger breasts I realy want bigger breasts, this will make me feel more confident and sexy, which will lead to a better sex life for me and my husband to be. No mood swings, belive this is all in your mind.

Pros:

Slight weight gain, short periods

Cons:

Acne worst, migraine, heavy periods

I am currently on my last pack of Diane 35 and am not seeing any significant changes to my skin. I never had acne on my face, only after i stopped using Yasmin did i get this. Prior to that I only had it on upper back and chest lightly. Since starting Diane 35, my I had a major breakout on my face and neck area...and it hasn't been better since. I did encounter a slight weight gain only about 2-3 lbs -but that's okay considering I'm naturally thin. For me, this product has not worked and I will be discontinuing it after this pack. I've heard that it has worked for many individuals...so it could work for you...but for me it has not.

Pros:

Clears skin eventually, regular periods

Cons:

Total loss of sex drive, vaginal dryness, recurrent utis, ACNE 100X WORSE WHEN TRYING TO STOP THE PILL

I had moderate acne as a teen, no cystic just many and my skin is suseptible to red marks. I went on this medication at age 15 and two years later my skin was clear. I was on this medication for 7 years at which time I went off the pill due to almost constant utis. I had a sex drive for the first time ever... and also the worst cystic acne I've ever had. This pill will make your acne permanent. It is only a last ditch solution!!! If I could do it again, I'd go with Accutane or Spiro first. Now I have permanent cystic acne when my little sister grew out of hers at age 20 (she wasn't on diane)

Pros:

Good skin, decreased hair on body, painless periods

Cons:

weight gain, depression, decrease in libido

I was prescribed Diane 35 to fight acne and a peculiar condition of scars on my legs because of thick body hair. It has only been 2 months that I have been on this medication. My doctor swears by it and I trust her that my skin will become smooth and terrific with this treatment. I dont know if my acne will re appear after i stop taking this pill.

Pros:

It clears up your acne once you've been on it for a while.. no weight side effects

Cons:

Extremely expensive if you're not under a plan (2 months = $75.00).. and if you decide to go off, bad acne break outs occur..

I've been on it for five years.. and I just recently went off it because my acne was all clear.. BIG MISTAKE.. completely broke out with acne badly, and so I went back on it and I'm going through my 3rd month of pills and it's still bad. My advice: if you're gonna go off it, find a better alternative such as Pro-Active if it's for acne, if it's birth control well just stick with condoms
