Diane-35 : Oral Contraceptive

warning to those who struggle to keep their weight down. being acne free is amazing! it works.

I've been taking diane for 2 years and 3 months! My acne completely cleared out on the 8th month of taking the pill. I am enjoying glorious, porcelain skin up to this day. I've been wanting to get off the pill since last year but I'm too scared that my pimples will come back with a vengeance! :( I'm too vain. Downside is I have gained more than 10 lbs. already. I get easily irritated and i'm always depressed! I've consulted several dermatologists. Been asking them re: possible alternatives that would prevent my acne from coming back should i stop taking diane, but not a single derma was able to assure me that I won't experience the same side-effect that other users here have gone through. I don't want to take this pill for life. I still want to have kids but I just couldn't take the idea of having to deal with uncontrollable acne again..

I developed adult onset acne a few years ago but it really only affected my back and the right cheek on my face. I wouldn't say my acne was horribly severe - but I hated it! TriCyclen didn't help me but after several months on Diane 35 my skin was nice and smooth again! However, I missed a bunch of pills one month because I went away on vacation so I decided to skip a few weeks and boy did my acne ever come back! ALL over my face, it was awful! Once I started up again it cleared up. I'm afraid to go off of Diane now - especially because of my wedding coming up in 10 months - but I really want to get off of it because of all the medical side affects (mainly blood clots) and also my mood swings are just unbearable! I'm at a Catch 22...if I don't get off of Diane I may dump my fiance during one of my monthly depressions, but if I stop using it I will have a horrible pizza face for my wedding!!!

i think daine 35 is a a good pill it works for me i have am being complemented on my skin.

this is the best thing ever that my doctor has recomended,it really works just wondering how long i could stay on it though!

My skin looks so much better and I no longer get painful, cyst-like acne. The price is about the same as other pills and my periods are predictable and less painful. Have stayed on it for years because it works well for me.

I have waited a full & complete 6 months to review this...it DOES work, but it takes TIME. As you can see for me, the cons outweigh the pros. Unfortunately, this has been the only thing to effectively clear up my acne, and I have tried EVERYTHING! So for me, it's worth it. Chances are it will probably get worse before it gets better, but for most people it usually kicks in in 3-4 months. I was one of the unlucky ones who it took a complete 6 months to see full results. But now, I RARELY break out. I used to have 3-4 new pimples/cysts each day. Waking up with nothing to worry about seeing it the mirror is so, so worth it :-) if you're from the USA, you can order this BC from a canadian pharmacy online with your doctors prescription.

my face was terrible, I hardly want to face people to talk to them, with Diane-35 my face is crystal clear, no acne. i feel great.

Hii friends its good to take for skin. before taking this pls verify ur physician as well the skin doctor. bec this tablet works well n gives good results on face but for time being only. but after six months u may find some serious side effects later on. so pls my advise is dont go for any hormone tablets. always seek ayur or home medicine or else dont bother about outlook and beauty . this is my humble request. bec im the one of the evidence for having DVT [ blood clot in my veins which could be block ur heart ] so pls careful with the OCP pills. not all it differs individual. so pls read the warnings carefully n then discuss with ur doctor then take.
