Pros:

Don't know yet, just started last week.

Cons:

The heaviest second day of my period ever, spotting after period stopped. i am moody, down, trouble getting out of bed, low productivity at work. i don't know if they are from this pill, but have been more apparent since i started.

I'll give it to the end of the month.

Pros:

no zits, less cramps, short period, prevents pregnancy

Cons:

the first month was a bit rocky. emotional, major zits, moody.

If you can wait it out for the first pack, the pill is amazing! My first month made me crazy but I'm onto my second pack, the zits are gone, my emotional rollercoaster is over, it's just an amazing pill! At first I had to eat with it or else I'd get a stomach ache but now I am fine to take it alone. The first month is the worst, try to get past that and you'll love this pill!

Pros:

does its job

Cons:

lack of sexual desire/bodily response, gas

Lack of sexual desire is right! I've been on Yasmin for a month and wow, I've never been so uninclined to masturbate or so on/off (ie. wet, then dry) during sex. Will continue taking the pill for another month just to make sure it is Yasmin and not some other factor, but I doubt it! Advised to go on Yasmin by a doctor because it was stronger than Alesse (which didn't work for me) and it was covered under my healthcare plan. Then again most things are. Might end up trying Ortho Tricyclen.

Pros:

I haven't gotten pregnant

Cons:

about a week ago I had a red, itchy bump on my stomach, then another and another. Now each morning I have another 2-3 red itchy bumps. More acne on face and my boobs itch like crazy

I took Yasmin a few years ago but with updates and maybe how my body has changed, the two don't match any more. I can't keep having itchy red spots on my stomach and now moving up my neck

Pros:

Clears up acne, helps prevent pregnancy

Cons:

Very emotional, high anxiety, depression, cry almost daily about silly little things.

I was on Trinessa which was great, but I developed a cyst on my ovary so they switched my pill to Yasmin. I've been on it a year and a half and have had multiple health issues. I started thinking maybe it was because of the change in my pill. After reading all these reviews, I'm convinced that it's this pill! I am stopping it as soon as my next cycle!

Pros:

By three months my skin started drying up, six months I was almost perfectly clear, and now 9 months later I haven't had an inflammed pimple in months. Truly a god send. Leveled my cycles, reduced cramps, increased my chest...No complaints.

Cons:

Price if you have no insurance.

Try it. Try it. Try it. Changed my life.

Pros:

Acne cleared up immediately and breasts increased one cup size.

Cons:

Caused me to have chronic yeast infections that went away as soon as I went off of it.

I was diagnosed with PCOS, and my testosterone was 10 times higher than my estrogen. I had a severe problem with acne all over my face, scalp, neck, back and upper stomach. The acne started clearing up within a week of taking the pill, and as an added bonus I got bigger boobs. My only problem was a chronic yeast infection that would not go away after several treatments. I switched to Yaz, and the yeast infection went away, but I have acne again. I'm going back on it. I would rather have a yeast infection than be covered in acne.
