Neutrogena : On-the-Spot Acne Treatment (Old Formula)

I took accutane as a teenager, which cleared up my acne (pretty severe acne) completely for years. When I started law school I started getting breakouts again, I think from stress, around age 23. I started using this cream every other night after trying presecriptions from the dermatologist for a year with no improvement. I then increased to every night, and then in the morning and at night everday as my skin got used to the strength and stopped drying out from the use. My acne is now completely cleared, to the point where I don't feel the need to wear make up at all and I get compliments on my skin all the time. Highly recommended!

its worth it to buy . i have been using OXY 10 but it helps little (VERY LITTLE) i got frustrated and bought a new pimple cream which was T3 it helped a little but its not worth it as you pay $5+ for not clearing up acne . so next i tried Clearasil , it sucks it doesn't do anything for me ! so i tried neutrogena on the spot and it works in less than 1 week ! So it really helps ! just down scratch your face after that :)

For years Ive been searching for a product to clear up my acne and NOTHING would work. I finally found something that works! Its very exciting. I am very curious as to see what it will look like in a couple more weeks.

my skin was always red and inflamed. i could not touch a spot on my skin without feeling my bumps, and to finish it off i had combination skin. i was so embarrassed of it. i saw an obvious difference in my skin the first day, thats how i knew it would help to clear all my skin. other products ive tried would leave my skin in worse condition the next day. this wont work for everyone, but give it a try. and be sure to moisturize!! i never used to do it, but after being on this site i took the advise and it really made a difference in my skin. I also use the asprin mask to help fade my acne scars and it is really fading them! i can see them lightening every time i use it. its recommended to use only once or twice a week, but i use it every other day. i am planning to start using it only twice a week. i also changed my foundation to Revlon ColorStay foundation this is my regimen- Neutrogena Redness Soothing Gel Cleanser L'Oreal Futur-E Moisturizer Neutrogena On-the-

Love this product! Cleared almost all of my acne within two days, and even helped fade my acne marks. I usually rub a little on at night, but be careful how much you use, I used to much one day and ended up with red blotches. Overall this is my favorite acne treatment and works better than any other product for me!

Almost 40 y.o.; have had acne to one degree or another since 4th grade! My skin is CLEAR. Not a single blemish. Normally get terrible cysts leading up to my period. This time, not a single one. I can't believe that this is what works, after years and years of trying so many things! I apply it every night. Wash with Cetaphil, very gently, no rubbing. Let my face air dry for about 20 min. Generously apply the cream, wait about 20 more min, then gently apply moisturizer.

This stuff is the only brand/consistency that will clear my forehead comedonal acne. During Houston's hot and humid summers, I tend to develop tiny bumps on my forehead. I rub this into my forehead before bed, follow with a heavy moisturizer, and wake up to smooth skin! :) Key for me is using the product on a regular basis, even if I have no existing bumps.

I'm not easy to convince, and I've tried ALMOST EVERYTHING on the market, even Murad and Proactiv. They didn't work. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, FOLLOW DAN'S REGIMEN, STEP-BY-STEP. (Pay attention to Dan's regimen tutorials) I MEAN IT, STEP-BY-STEP!!! BE CONSISTENT!!! Before you know it, you'll begin to see the results FAST, and have CLEARER to TOTALLY CLEAR SKIN!!! Just give it a try, that's all you can do. Then truthfully follow the step-by-step regimen.

This definitely makes a huge difference in clearing any active spots that I have. They are always much smaller by the time I wake up in the morning (or gone completely if the spot is minor enough to begin with). It can feel a bit drying when you first start using it, but that will go away. I use this on my spots every night after moisturizing. Just an FYI: It doesn't do much for scars and also won't prevent NEW acne from forming since that typically has to do with stress, hormones or a variety of other internal issues. If you're using this as a treatment for acne, then I would recommend using this in combination with an internal acne treatment.
