Pros:

Reduces Size of Pimples
Feels good when used

Cons:

Does not clear acne
Causes irritation, dryness and flaking.
Stings eyes.
Causes Blackheads and Whiteheads

After months of using this product, it didn't work for me. During the first few month of using this product, I saw my pimples had reduced in size though my blackheads and whiteheads still remained the same. As I continued using it, I began to breakout and more pimples, whiteheads and blackheads started appearing on my forehead, sides of my noses and on my chin. It also started to cause dryness to my face and my skin began to flake. When you use the product, it feels like it is really cleansing your skin but for me, it really didn't. Be careful when using it, because it does sting your eyes. In my opinion, you could try it, but it really isn't worth the money. It may work for you depending on your skin type, but it didn't work for me. Just make sure you have a moisturiser with tis product because it does cause dryness and can irritate your skin.

Pros:

Removes oil (not for long), helps with SOME acne, easy to use.

Cons:

Skin gets oily again after about 10min, doesn't help with severe acnes, drys out skin a bit, slightly irritating after use,

I guess it's an OK product. I still don't know why they call it a "Dermatologist recommended" product because it doesn't really do much to severe acne besides removing oil from it and make it less red. But for light acnes, it will be gone in about a day or less. Mine went away in just a few hours. Like I said, it's an OK product but I still like to use Clearasil more.

Pros:

cleans face well ( salycic acid )

Cons:

dried up way too much

i found this cleanser great the first time i used it, but the first time it was almost irritating though when it says on the bottle "gentle yet effective" i got red rashy, bumpy dried skin around my mouth, chin and nose. ( note: im on perscriptions such as differin 0.1% cream, and minocycline capsules. ) i will now reduce the use of this to once every / every other day. i will recommend this if you use moisterizor right after and using once every day or one every other day depending on sensitivity.

Pros:

It helps dry the skin.. and remove pimples (only till a certain extent)

Cons:

- It causes too much dryness at times.
- It will cause extreme irritation if used with another pimple clearing cream (Eg - Bioderma).
- It caused the development of yellow powder over my face.

Never use this cleanser with any other pimple clearing creams otherwise ur skin will suffer EXTREME irritation.. However its safe to use it alone.. However, as a teenager i still had new pimples coming up on my face (in very small numbers, say 2 or 3)..

Pros:

Cleans skin

Cons:

Isn't so effective for severe acne. Good for light acne.

This face wash won't clear acne on it's own, but which face was will? I found that while I was using this product, the only way to keep my skin clear was by using a night cream right after I washed my face at night, and using a moisturizer right after I washed my face during the day. It does remove dirt and oils.

Cons:

-Dried up skin
-Left a shine on the face
-Bad pump bottle (can't carry around for vacation)

I saw commercials on this product so I decided to try it out. At first, it was a good cleanser. I stopped using it and tried other products and came back to it once again. This time, it dried out my skin and left flaky patches on my nose, chin, EVERYWHERE. Im trying to get rid of this product and will never buy neutrogena cleansing products anymore because I also tried the pink grapefruit foaming scrub and it also dried up my skin and left a shine on the face.

Pros:

gentle, basic

Cons:

does nothing

Truthfully, this cleanser is basically like baby soap...it does nothing. Of course, I also have very resilient skin. It worked on my mother though...
