I like it works for me. I have moderate/light acne. Works on pimples, after-pimple-blemishes, black heads and maybe even some scars.
Same complains as most pple here, can be difficult to wash off and may sting alittle on sensitive skin.
You can feel it working well and whenmy spot was bleeding it dried it right out
If there is too much on the skin it does burn.
It really works. A little daab will do ya.
I have been using this product for 3 days now. The huge pimples that I had gotten while using proactive would not go away. I put nixoderm on then day and night...they are almost gone.
It is a thick white paste. During the day it is difficult to hide. I put a little dab on my finger...dip my finger in powdered mineral foundation, then I dab it on my problem spots as a cover up...blend well.
It works pretty rapidly--It not only eliminates the pimple but it removes the dark spot left behind it..I would recommend it to others
Too much of one thing is never good for you--In other words do not, use too much..It will dry out your skin!
Seems to work on smaller pimples, as fast as overnight. May even have faded a few darker spots, definitely improved the overall complexion.
Really annoying as you can't wear it during the day - doesnt rub in at all. so restricted to night time use. Therefore, not really on the cards when i have a girl stay over! Doesnt work on big pimples.
Nixoderm has worked magic for me, I have very oily out of control skin which breaks out severely when it comes and stays for ages. I used nixoderm at night after cleansing my face, there was an improvement in the redness overnight, continued to use it for the last couple of weeks and the smaller pimples have gone and the larger ones minimised and definately not as aggressive as before, they aren't as sore either. This product works wonders for the scarring too. I am impressed!

Burns and tingles, the more you use, the worse it burns and tingles.
Tin is awkward to open- it's got a screw top not like a vaseline tin that lifts off.
Don't use after applying prescribed creams as I made this mistake, both together burnt my skin, it looked as though I had sunburn then my skin became flaky. (I've been using an oil free exfoliating facial scrub in the morning for this then an oil free moisturiser which seems to be working for me
i have suffered from extremely painful and severe spots for years, have tried numerous products, even the strongest version of panoxyl, but nothing works like this.after a week my skin was completely clear!.
nothing really, i dont mind the smell and i havent experienced any skin dryness or redness

Exfoliates the skin so that pimples can escape faster and easier! It contains salicylic acid which most expensive brands make you pay for. It is safe and effective.
The stains on the pillows...but a small price to pay for a flawless complexion. The menthol soothes the initial burning.
