Pros:

Very moisturizing, took care of extreme flakiness, doesn't cause redness, skin looks even

Cons:

Using too much makes you look greasy

The acne.org regimen was helping my acne, but presented a new problem: EXTREME dryness and flaking. It was horrifyingly bad. Also, DK's moisturizer made my skin red, burned all day long, and did nothing for the flakiness. In desperation, I switched to this moisturizer, and I am SO glad that I did! After the first use, the flakiness was GONE. No redness, no burning, no itching, no embarrassment! BOTTOM LINE... if your skin is extremely dry, flaky, or burning, try this! I am so glad that I did!

Very thick

This lotion is very good at helping to get rid of very dry and flaky skin. It does not make my skin look greasy either.

Pros:

a little goes a long way, made my skin soft, non-comedogenic

Cons:

none that I've noticed

This was my dad's, I used it when I was at the beach and all the swimming made my skin feel dry. the next morning after I put it on, my skin felt so soft! I loved it. I noticed a few reviews said it made skin oily; to be honest I'm not sure, my skin's oily either way but I didn't notice a difference. If it makes a difference, I used the kind for sensitive skin...

Pros:

+ Great as an every day moisturiser
+ Didn't break me out
+ Pretty cheap for what you get
+ A little goes a long way!

Cons:

- Could perhaps be too 'heavy' for some

I started using this moisturiser when i started my accutane course around 5 months ago. It hasn't made me break out, and has treated the redness / dry skin that the accutane caused very well. Only minor problem I had was that if I sweat, my face more or less turns in to a mirror. Ok not that shiney, but it does get very shiney! Despite that, 5 little circle people things!

Pros:

Mosturizes my skin.
Keeps it hydrated.
Does not clog pores.
Hasn't broke me out yet.
No more dry skin!

Cons:

Too oily.
I went from dry to oily skin, but this only appears at night.

I only use this at night. I recommend it very much. It's very thick and takes minutes to absorb, depends on the amount you apply. It can make your face oily as hell in the morning. But as I said, I only apply it at night time, and use Proactive SPF moisturizer in the morning. Since I use Proactive Solution, the dryness is miserable, so I think this is the best moisturizer for that. My best friend and I have been using this for months, and it's amazing.

Pros:

-Great light moisturizer
-Keeps skin soft and hydrated
-Perfect for dry, sensitive skin
-No SPF, so it's perfect for nighttime

Cons:

-Takes a while to rub in, not as easily absorbed as some other facial moisturizers (more similar to a regular lotion)
-No SPF, so I can't use it for day-time

I use this as my nighttime facial moisturizer and as my all-over body moisturizer for after shower and whenever else I need it. I require a daytime moisturizer with SPF for my dry, sensitive, extremely fair skin - but I also require a nighttime moisturizer with absolutely no SPF, so I'm always going to need at least two moisturizers. I don't mind though, especially since I've found two perfect ones (both Cetaphil, somewhat to my surprise). I used to have a somewhat ridiculous moisturizing routine - after the shower, I'd put on Neutrogena body oil, then neutrogena lotion, then neutrogena moisturizer (spf for day or non-spf for night), then neutrogena hand cream, then aquaphor on my elbows and whatever else I needed. With all those products, and I really did need them to prevent dry patches, I was spending too much money and my face would sometimes still break out from the Neutrogena stuff (though I loved it... because it was Neutrogena). Now, after shower, I really only have two products... this moisturizer and the spf one that Cetaphil also makes. I love that I can use this on my face and body as well, and it works equally well on both! The only down-size is that it's not absorbed as quickly on the face as a regular facial moisturizer... it's more like using a regular body lotion which takes a little longer to absorb. I don't mind though, because I only use this on my face at night (it might look a little greasy for daytime). It's still a great product and I'll hopefully be using it for many years to come!
