Pros:

-Stops new breakouts
-Cleans out the pus

Cons:

-Doesn't totally get rid o' acne
-Stings
-Dries out skin

Nothing worked for me, until I used this and honey. The lemon stung and dried out my sking, but it cleaned out some of my pores and breakouts became less frequent when I used it. I would recommend trying it, but the lemon juice doesn't totally get rid of acne.

Pros:

Cheap, lightened scars, full-of-hope

Cons:

Burns (obviously), caused some serious breakouts

So, I was completely hopeful when trying this highly rated "product." I used it for a little over a month. After reading many of the reviews, I expected it to sting, so when it did just that, I wasn't surprised. It stung all over, but especially along my jawline (I had never broken out there before). There are some definite pros to using lemon juice, however I was still breaking out, in fact, I was breaking out like crazy along my jawline. I have since stopped using lemon juice and have switched to Dan's products. My face is pretty clear, but the jawline aftereffects are still there (they are weird ones too... they line up and form patterns, basically little jerks). My best guess is that my jawline breakout is due to the lemon juice... too strong of a product for such a sensitive area. Who knows though.

Not sure if working or not.

Pros:

Reduces redness after a while
Reduces scars
Doesn't cause irritation

Cons:

Little scabby whiteheads popping up
Sting like hell on fresh pimples
Takes a while to work

So I have had chin acne for the last 3 years. Just on my chin no where else. So I guess it's hormonal. Anyway I have tried every single product you can think of including antibiotics. The only thing that worked was erythromycin (acne eventually came back). It really wrecks your confidence. I decided to give lemon juice a try and I have heard good things about it. I'm three days into it, applying it overnight, it has cause some unusual whiteheads, no pus in them it's just scabs and there's about 10 of them. The redness is slowly going down I think, and some marks have disappeared. All in all I think to working will find out after a couple more days.

Pros:

all natural, evens out skin tone, cheap, gets rid of acne

Cons:

slightly messy, stings, your face will be red for about an hour after

LOVED THIS...such a lifesaver...i'm going to my first year of college next week and my skin was HORRIBLE after going off birth control...this got me results after just a few days (it might be too much to do everyday though..i'd do it once a week) 1: wash/exfoliate your skin with warm water (preferably in the shower so pores are open) 2: fill a big bowl with boiling water and two or three tea bags (chamomile or green) and put your face in it above the water so you absorb the steam and open your pores (put a towel over your head and the bowl) leave your face in for about three minutes than pat it dry with a towel 3: mix one egg white and a few teaspoons of lemon juice and apply to your entire face..it will dry like a mask...leave on for about a half hour. 4: wash off with warm water...then splash your face with ice water to close pores. 5: apply a good moisturizer (the acidity in the lemons will dry you out) EXCELLENT RESULTS

Pros:

Works if you use it smartly.

Cons:

I wouldn't use it alone.

What I do is mix lemon juice with honey. That way I won't experience the irritation and stinging found when using lemon juice alone. So, you get the moisturizing, antibacterial qualities of honey with the brightening and exfoliating qualities of lemon juice. It works for me. I would also wear a sunscreen during the day. The sun could easily undo the work lemon juice has done for your skin.

LEMON DROPS
lemon on the skin is good once in a blue-moon as it tends to irritate your skin not in a passive way but harshly if you do not use it properly you could go from 3 pimples 12 pimples in a days time! from all the stressing it may cause YOUR SKIN i would recommend diluting it first and start on small areas mostly that are infected as it would kill the bacteria before it spreads to other places on your face, back or shoulders .i do recommend it but to be used with CAUTION
