Pros:

Only thing that works while on accutane

Cons:

epensive, awkward bottle dispensing cap

I'm guessing its working, Ive been on accutane for 2 months and most of my active acne is subsiding but I seem to be getting just red spots that show up all the time. I dont know if it is hyperpigmentation from old lesions or just pimples that dont completely form. Anybody know? Bottom line: if you have flaky skin that normally requires a huge amount of lotion that still just results in flakyness, this is an all day cure

Pros:

Makes my skin soft, glowing, clear, and fresh. Helps decrease acne scars. Is great on lips (overnight), mixed with your favorite lotions, shampoos, conditioners, as a scalp or hot oil treatment, and so forth.

Cons:

none

Much better for the skin in contrast to putting a lot of bad chemicals.

Pros:

Used only one day and blackheads on my nose are nearly invisible

Cons:

a bit greasy, can't wear make-up over it

I was amazed. I have always had blackheads on my nose and cheeks but I mixed this with my Neutrogena Healthy Skin moisturizer last night and applied it before bed. This morning my pores were tiny, no visible blackheads! I have tried everything to get rid of those and nothing has ever worked. I used jojoba because my skin has been dry and flakey but apparently blackhead clearing is just an added benefit. I do wish I could use it in the mornings. I may start when I get this stubborn blemish to disappear, then I won't need to wear make-up anyway. I will continue using it and hopefully give an update to see if there are any adverse effects, so far, none.

Pros:

Affordable, made my skin feel great.

Cons:

Oily and didn't touch my acne. Plus the oil got in my bangs...

If you have dry skin this may be good for you.

Keeps skin balanced

I use jojoba to clean my face and also moisturize, and I once (temporarily) cured my acne with this (after using for 4 months together with a drop of oregano oil). Then I tried different cleansers and products and broke out again, whereafter I started using retinoids and benzyl peroxide etc to get rid of it, which helped for a while but soon lost it's powers. I am using this now again instead of all these products know since it helped me before. Even if my acne can't be completely cured by jojoba it's a great moisturizer and my skin feel really soft without being oily afterwards. I feel like it controls the oil and that I need it to keep my skin under control. I recommend! But if you have a lot of acne, or the persistent type (like me) you might want to add other things too, like BP or tea trea oil.

Loove this but...
IDK if I have the wrong brand or what but it mostly gets all the plugged junk out but it takes forever rubbing it on my face. I mix it with moisturizer in the mornings too before makeup and works great!

Pros:

Very Gentle! Great moisturizer for ALL skin types. Because it resembles skin's own oil it seems to know what balance your skin needs.

Cons:

Clogged my pores! Actually slowed my own oil production down way too much and made my skin drier...and I had oily skin!

I am not sure about this overall. I definitely think this is worth a try for anyone. I would wash my face twice a day in the sink or shower and then I would wash with 3 to 4 drops of jojoba then pat dry. There would be some of it left on for moisture. Days later of doing this I noticed that my skin became really rough and eventually I broke out. I loved it at first but it seemed to stop my own oil production drying my skin out and irritating it to cause more breakouts. It clogged my pores :( bottom line...it is worth a try if used carefully and gently, you never know.

Pros:

My skin was horribly dry and flaky from the harsh winter weather; I tried exfoliating, and moisturizers. Within a day or two of using the Dessert Essence oil, all the flakes and dryness was gone. I haven't used it long enough yet to see if it clea

Cons:

It is a bit oily, but it's light, not greasy. The DE brand is a little difficult to dispense only a couple of drops.

Within a couple days my skin looked and felt better. Extreme dry skin was gone. It seems to be clearing my face up!

Pros:

only thing that relieves flakiness from BP gel.

Cons:

skin is shiny.

i tried dans regimen but my skin was really red and flaky, no matter how much of his moisturizer i applied, but this did the trick. applied 5 drops after BP gel and it takes a while to absorb but it's worth it. i was worried about oil on my skin but i haven't had any additional breakouts, once my skin gets used to the bp i may switch back to dans moisturizer but this has kept me on the regimen!

Pros:

cleared my acne!

Cons:

makes my skin look a bit shiny

I absolutely looooove this stuff! I've been using Jojoba oil for about 3,4 days now and the bumps on my forhead and chin are gone! I just hope they stay gone :S.....I absolutely want to recommend this product...please try! I just wash my face with water (ONLY water, soap only irritates the skin even futher)and then I just rub the oil into the skin. (make sure you get PURE Jojoba oil with no extra added ingredients) Hope this will help...good luck!
