Pros:

- Great for post zit-popping
- Clears skin

Cons:

- Smells and tastes bad
- Burns
- Dries skin
- Takes some time to see results
- Can be counterproductive if used too often

I used to use HP twice a day like you would use a toner (apply some to a cotton pad and wipe all over face) but I think it was too much for my skin (note I have sensitive skin) and caused all these little rough bumps and some whiteheads. I think this happened because using it that much irritated my skin. I switched to using it once a day at night (sometimes skipping a day) and it's much better. I've found that it's amazing for popped zits. I used to pop a zit and then the next day it would be back with no improvement. Now, I pop the zit and pour HP on it and the next day it's dried out. Many people say it's better to use a cotton pad/q-tip to apply HP rather than to pour it directly on your face, but for me pouring it on a just-popped zit is much more effective. However, be SUPER careful if you do it this way, you don't want to get it in your eyes, hair or clothes. For that reason, I wouldn't pour it on a zit on my forehead, but I do for pimples on my cheeks/chin/etc. Also, doing this may cause the infected area to turn white. This happened to me tonight, but I put some warm water on a tissue and held it on the white skin for 10 mins and it was much better. Just be careful and educate yourself on the proper usage and precautions of HP!

Pros:

-CHEAP
-Easy application
-Very effective
-Common

Cons:

-Makes skin red and blotchy when applied
-Can BURN if your skin is dry
-Smells kinda bad

I would recommend hydrogen peroxide. It is very common and something that not very many people try. It works. Like stated in "cons" it really really really BURNS. The burning will go away after about 60-120 seconds. Then your face turns red and blotchy, like after you take a long hot shower. But after that clears you don't get anymore breakouts, and the acne begins to slowly disappear. Beauty is pain ;) If your skin begins to peel, itch, etc stop using for about a week until your skin is supple again. The only way this product could be better was if it didn't hurt. But then again, thats the price you pay for beautiful skin.

Pros:

Can see it working
Is less drying than other acne medication
Does help create the puss to pop a pimple

Cons:

have none
stinging is not that bad

Its worth a try. However, no matter what, pimples takes time to disappear. But over drying makes them looks worse and more red.

Pros:

- Cleans out pores quickly, removes redness, stops pimples (which are just starting)

Cons:

Stings a while, dries out the skin

Gently pop the pimple and apply a small amount of the peroxide. You can actually see it bubbling on the surface the pimple. The bubbling is a reaction between the peroxide and something in your blood. Removed / stopped three nasty pimples which were forming on my chin area. It does however leave a small scab which drops off after a couple of days. Don't use this as your primary anti-acne substance. I would suggest this as an infrequent desperate measure liquid.

Pros:

cleans up acne and brightens your face
can also be used as mouth wash for a whiter smile

Cons:

makes your hair a little orange so stay away from your hairline

It actually worked. Ive tried neutrogena, proactive, clean and clear and several other products and this is the only one that has actually cleared out my skin without just so much as drying it like other things.

Pros:

1) Cleans pores nicely
2) Gets rid of zits
3) Easy to apply
4) Available almost anywhere
5) Evens skin tone

Cons:

1) Hydrogen Peroxide will cause scarring, so don't apply to your skin if you have a LOT of acne.
2) Stings for a few seconds but goes away.
3) Stops working after a few weeks.
4) Bleaches hair

It's dirt cheap, works really good at first. However I only recommend this to blonde people because this will bleach your hair. I have black hair and it bleached my top tiny hairs into an orange color.

Pros:

It works, gets rid of acne easily

Cons:

It burns your skin; it turned my skin pale white every time I used it, It smells bad.

It gets rid of acne in just a few days but it does hurt. I used it on my face, back, and shoulders and so far it worked very well, but it does burn the skin. And it does smell bad but the smell and burning go away after a few minutes. I use it twice daily and I don't dilute it.
