Pros:

works AMAZINGLY well. it doesnt dry out your skin and reduces the size of pimples.

Cons:

-doesnt prevent pimples. only gets rid of the ones you already have.
- takes a while~ need ALOT of patience dont just try it once- try it for a few months everyday (or 3 times a day) and you will definatly see a difference!

use it. doesnt do anything bad to ur skin (like drying it and clogging pores) it moisterizes! and leaves ur skin glowing

Pros:

I use honey mixed with cinnamon and it works wonders for me. My face feels really smooth and it got rid of my acne.

Cons:

It's really sticky and it drips everywhere! It sticks to my pillow.

It's really effective. I had BAD acne since I was in the 5th grade, and now I'm in 3rd year high school. I made my mom spend hundreds for medication that only burnt my skin and didn't do squat to my acne. This home remedy changed my life I SWEAR. I suggest you use raw honey. 3 tblsp of raw honey and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Wear mask overnight and wash the next day with cold water. It takes a while though, but it really works wonders for me. Sometimes I wear the mask throughout the whole day and voila! Pimples, scars, uneven skin tone are GONE. I never felt so confident before. You should really try it. :]

Pros:

Wonderfully soothing to my skin, especially when I have a break out. It seems to help with the redness of blemishes and just basically soothes my dry, broken out skin, leaving it feeling fabulous afterwards.

Cons:

I'm not sure it speeds up healing or prevents breakouts.

Great as a mask, totally worth using especially if you break out a lot and your skin is sensitive. This is very very soothing.

Honey-Cinnamon Mask
I tried using this mask treatment for my face since I've been betting a lot of bumps on my forehead and pimples here and there. Once i left the honey, cinnamon mixture for 15 minutes I rinsed my face and applied a toner. My face felt extremely hot and it turned tomato red and it still feels very warm and red, as If i got a sunburn. Is this suppose to happen? Please help!!!

For people with sensitive skin, that stuff can cause a bad reaction! Always test face masks on your wrist first and wait for a reaction before applying it to your face.

Your face most likely turned red because of the cinnamon

Don’t add the cinnamon powder next time. Just try pure honey!

It worked for me perfectly!!
This is working great for me!! I encourage everyone to try it and see how it acts on them, but I have to say that for me it worked perfectly, in about 1 week or so almost all my redness and spots have dissappeared. However I have been using this mask the following way: Appl mask for 1 hour (Makuna honey & Cinnamon), clean and rinse off, apply the mask again right away for another hour rinse off and let your skin rest for 1 hour. And keep repeating this as many times as you want (or can) during the day. I have been doing this about 5/6 times a day for a week and it has been absolutely great! Also not eating any sugars/fats which makes me breakout! Hope this works for you! :) Good luck! (MAKUNA HONEY & GROUND CINNAMON)

Had Horrible Results
Decided to try raw honey mixed with cinnamon for a 20 min mask. Worst choice of my life. After removing, my face was puffy and red. My existing acne was inflamed and larger, and also broke out more. I never had acne THIS bad! Considering all these good reviews, I might just be allergic to honey. I've been using AVC as a toner lately, I hope it will clear up my skin but so far it has just improved my complexion, not my acne. I'm so disappointed in the result after reading such positive reviews. I hope I find a cure soon :(

I read somewhere that cinnamom is a really bad choice for skin masks, that it can do more harm then help. If you're feeling brave, try it again, but withouth cinnamon. Honey does leave my skin a bit reddish after using it, but it goes away within 30 min... I have never heard a bad honey mask review ('till now), so don't be discouraged, try it for a couple of minutes (withouth cinnamon!), and if it doesn't feel good, take it off, but give honey a second chance! :)

Yup. It's love.
Well, I was doing a honey mask for 1h every day. Just raw honey. Every time I didn't do it, my skin would not look as good. When I had a breakout, I would add turmeric. Anyway, my skin would be so soft and smooth afterwards. I only do it once a week now. But yeah, I love it. True love.

Amazing
After desperately searching for products that are safe, natural and will not cause me to break out, I finally found something that had been in my kitchen of all places. I love honey in general. It's delicious and guess what...great for your skin. Honey is antibacterial, anti fungal and antiviral so it's awesome for your skin and after using it I haven't gotten a pimple in a while. Also, I have light brown skin so hyperpigmentation is kind of a problem for me, but honey also exfoliates skin so now all of my pimple marks have faded away. Well, there is the occasional one that might pop up maybe once every 2-3 months but will go away easily without a scar cause the honey heals the skin. Every time after I use honey, my face always feels soft and fresh and looks great and it doesn't break me out. I use honey as a mask and leave it on the face for maybe 20-30 minutes to make sure all the good stuff sinks in. Give it a try cause it won't hurt your skin!

Wow
After struggling for years, I was amazed at how well this works. At first I was putting it on my whole face and now I only put it on my problem areas. It will stop a pimple in its tracks. Ex: I slept at my friends house one night and had a white head coming on. I put a dab of her proactive spot treatment on and it immediately started to burn and cause more inflammation. When I woke up the pimple was 3x the size and extremely painful. I got home, dabbed some honey on it, and took a 3 hour nap. By the time I woke up, the white head and the pain were GONE. I cannot recommend honey enough! (I use raw, organic for reference). Good luck!

Didn't work for me
i always had to battle with pimples around my chin. No matter what i did nothing helped. I used raw honey for about 3 weeks everyday in the morning and evening. It made me breakout really bad. Compared to this my previous pimples were nothing. At first i thought my skin is just purging but it didn't stopped and just got worse and worse. Now i am a week off honey and my face calmed down a little bit but it still really bad. i don't know what the problem was, maybe that my skin was purging but due to hormonal reasons my pores clogged again and again and so the purging never stopped.
