Pros:

Doesn't dry skin, leaves my skin feeling clean, very gentle

Cons:

none

It really helps when used with benzoyl peroxide! I have SUPER sensitive skin and even using the lowest amount of BP dries it out. This cleanser used with a mild mosturizer keeps my skin soft, not dry, and not oily. I love it! My dad has also been using it for 10 years and rarely gets break outs. I recommend it!!

Pros:

Softens my skin and clears my acnes. Doesn't remove oil excessively. very gentle

Cons:

Not suitable for serious acne patients. My face will get oily faster. So, i recommend anybody who uses this product washes their face thrice a day.

You don't need harsh cleanser to treat acne-prone face. Gentle cleanser suits you better because it doesn't remove all the oil on your face that you need to protect the skin. Cetaphil works better than my anticipation. Highly recommended. p/s: use with Dalacin T topical solution and Differin and say goodbye to your acnes.

Pros:

Very gentle, doesn't dry skin, can be used to remove makeup on eyes without burning (that's my favorite part!). You can practically wash your eyeballs with this stuff it's so gentle!!

Cons:

Your skin won't feel squeaky clean.

This stuff is awesome and Walmart sells generic brand.

Pros:

Gentle, fragrance free, and cheap. It's available in almost any store that carries hygiene products, and best of all, generic brands are available with the exact SAME active ingredients, for half the cost!!!

Cons:

No lather, but once you get used to that, it's all good!!! In fact, once you get used to it, lather feels weird.

Use it!! You won't be disappointed. I've been a faithful Cetaphil consumer (who has battled nodular & cystic acne) for at least 5 years. I have tried all of the different Cetaphil cleansers and soap bars. My favorite is the "gentle skin cleanser". I use the Cetaphil moisturizer as well (I have not found a genric for that). It has SPF of 15. I also add Neutrogena sunscreen that contains SPF of 45. I have not been sunburn on my face in many years. THANK YOU CETAPHIL!!!!

Pros:

-Lightly Moisturizes dry skin from topical medications.
-no smell, few ingredients, leaves skin feeling clean and soft
-It's good for people who are active and need to wash their face a lot because it's not harsh and won't overactivate sebum g

Cons:

-when you wear makeup you have to wash your face twice.

I LOVE THIS CLEANSER. I use the Kroger brand from Smiths because it's cheaper (it's basically the same thing) I use it injunction with my dermatologist's topical treatment (Clindamycin Solugel 4) and the topical treatment leaves my skin really flaky sometimes but this cleanser really softens it up and really helps my skin retain it's natural moisture without breaking out. Plus you can find it ANYWHERE. two thumbs up.

Pros:

I bought the antibacterial cleansing bar for my 10 year old son who got an infected breakout on his chin - he washes w/ the bar every morning and his skin cleared up, scarring has greatly diminished. Love that it was gentle on his skin too!

Cons:

None

I would recommend trying it. I first heard about it from a co-worker years ago whose friend was a dematologist. She had been using it for years. I remembered it and was desperate to try something non-harsh, non-drying and without alot of unnecessary chemicals. My son's skin blotches on his cheeks are evening out too - added bonus. It's cheap, easy to use and effective. At only $5 a bar, try it!

Pros:

This wash leaves your face feeling fresh and smooth, clears up acne without drying skin out.

Cons:

Does not lather like most washes, so the first few times you use it you use way more than you need to. But once you get used to it, a little bit goes a long way!

I have used this product for almost 6 years now, i absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone!

Pros:

Cetaphil has totally helped with my acne. My skin looks more even and toned. It is gentle, non irritating.

Cons:

I cleanse with Cetaphil twice daily, follow up with witch hazel as a toner and use Olay with SPF 15 for my moisturizer. My skin hasn't looked this good in a long time!
