It really works!
I started using EPO about a week ago. I didn't expect to see results for at least a couple weeks to a month, but within a few days I could see a dramatic difference in my existing cystic hormonal acne. My skin looked and felt less bumpy along my jaw and chin line and overall I had a beautiful smooth glow. It's been great so far. I'm taking 3000 mg per day (1 cap 3x a day) and will continue. I've been on accutane, solodyn, and spiro in the past and aside from the spiro, this has been the best solution with the least side effects!

Pros:

Major reduction of cystic acne
Velvety smooth skin

Cons:

Headaches
Breast tenderness

I've gone from having 1-3 new cysts every week, all of which lasted at least a week each (sometimes up to a month), to having only one a month, and it disappears in under 3 days. This has been a miracle for me, works just as good as Spiro did, but without the hardcore side effects. You must take with EFA's. I take fish oil, which was hard for me initially, because I've been vegetarian nearly all my life. Flax oil doesn't convert to DHA. I take 3000 mg hexane free cold pressed+1,100 mg fish

Pros:

Reduces Inflammation
May clear scarring
Soft, glowing skin
Easy to take

Cons:

None so far

I've only been taking this for a couple of days, but after the first time I used it I woke up and my skin seemed to be glowing, soft, and it reduced the size and inflammation of any present blemishes. It's very easy to take and is worth the price. Other people say this helps with hormone related acne, but even if yours is not hormone related, then it could still help, especially with inflammation. In my opinion, this definitely tops using fish or flaxseed oil. I took a 500mg dosage in combination with an Aloe Vera Herbal Supplement, Acidophilus (Probiotic - aids in digestion to remove toxins in the body), and One A Day Multivitamin to give my body all of the key nutrients that it needs incase I did not get enough that day. Aloe Vera is commonly known for its healing properties, so it's worth trying. Acidophilus aids in digestion, which results in removing toxins and waste from the body. Toxins and waste are a definite source of inflammation and break outs. I take these all in a row at night time within an hour before going to bed. Taking them at night is definitely helpful in making sure your body is healing and clean after everything you did or ate that day. Also make sure to drink a lot of water. This is an often suggested tip, but it's a key part of flushing out all of the waste in your body and staying hydrated. I rated this a 4/5 as of right now because I'm reviewing this after my first use, so I'm hoping for the best.

Pros:

Makes skin softer
Lessens hormone related breakouts considerably
Makes hair look better
Strengthens nails
Helps calm down aggravated moods during that time of the month

Cons:

Does not get rid of or prevent all spots
Does not dramatically fade all old scars

I've been taking this in oral capsules at a dosage of 1000mg once a day for about a month. Initially I was using it only to control my PMS which happens very severely as a result of another condition that I have. I have however seen a slight improvement in my overall skin condition which has been affected badly by imbalances in hormones. Breakout occur less frequently now although the severity of the acne does not seem to have lessened significantly when it does appear. The texture of my skin (where it has not been affected by acne) appears to have improved vastly and is much smoother in texture and less oily. Overall this may be a good addition to your diet for your general health and PMS problems particularly, and may be a decent aid to clearing up acne. It is not, however, a solution in it's own right.

Pros:

Softens Skin
Reduces redness and irritation
Reduces appearance of old acne marks

Cons:

If used topically, can be a little messy, easiest to wear at night before bed

I didn't notice so much of a change in my skin when taken orally, (probably because I was being impatient) but got curious and popped open a gel capsule and rubbed a small amount on a pimple that was starting to heal. The next morning, the redness and size of the pimple had dramatically gone down, so the next evening I applied it all over my face only to wake up to a more even toned and softer face! A few old acne marks on my face are fading nicely, I am pleasantly surprised at how well this works topically!

Pros:

Reduced redness, less oily after 2 days

Cons:

None yet

Only taken it for 5 days now and my skin has never looked so good. I still have blackheads, but they are very light and little now! Every morning I wake up expecting to see a new cyst but I haven't yet. I take 1300mg twice a day and wash with theraneem or dr. Bronners soap and use a green tea toner by 100% pure. Try it. You have nothing to lose. I also make sure to take my epo with efas.

Pros:

helped with my small bumps on my forehead, helped with dry skin

Cons:

none so far

I read somewhere that you need to take about 2-3 a day. The small bottle wasn't THAT cheap, so I only took 1 a day. The results are there and visible, it's not a miracle, I still have blackheads, some pimples and huge pores, but the small bumps (that are not actually pimples) are gone. My forehead looks better now :)

Pros:

Has really helped my cysts.

Cons:

Hasn't helped blackheads.

I take about 3000 mg/day of cold-pressed and hexane-free EPO. One month I tried the cheaper Trader Joe's brand, which is not cold-pressed, and the cystic acne came back. Anyway, it's not a cure-all, but if you think your acne is related to hormones, it's worth a try. I still occasionally get a cyst, but they're smaller and less painful.

Pros:

easy to use, no applying creams, good for pms, good health benfits in the long run

Cons:

you have to take it for around 6 months to see a difference,

its good for pms, ive been takin it for just over 2 months, noticed a big difference with my peroids, cramps nowehere near as bad, the first day or 2 was the worst but not as bad as before fine throughout usually im in agony throughout. havent really notice a difference with spots dont really get that many it usally hormonal acne, get a few around my chin, forehead mostly due to oily tzone, cleanse, tone and moistrise morning and night is the best u can do, as well as having a good spot treatment stick for any break outs.
