Cons:
Broke my forehead out
I wouldn't take this again only for the fact that my forehead NEVER breaks out and after I started taking this, it started getting little tiny bumps all over it. But it does keep my skin really moisturized. I used to have real dry cheeks, but since I started taking it they have become a lot softer.
But I'm quitting this.

Pros:
Helps with PMS, hormonal swings, and a little bit with acne.
Cons:
Takes a while to see effects.
I didn't take this specifically for acne, but I did see gradual improvement in my cysts and overall oiliness. I was told it takes at least 2 months of consistent dosage to see effects and I found that to be true. It's not a cure, but if you're hormonal anyway, maybe a good addition to your overall diet.

When applied topically makes skin soft
Cons:
Didn't help breakouts at all
I started using this because I read stuff online about it helping breakouts. I've always had breakous but for the past 6 months they have been a lot worse, mainly in the jawline/cheek/chin area. My acne hasn't improved at all since ive started taking primrose oil about 5 months ago. I had a dematologist prescribe me Monodox, epiduo, and clyndamicine three weeks ago and my skin hasn't gotten too much better. So yesterday I decided maybe its the primrose oil making me breakout so I decided to stop using it completely.

Cons:
might be allergic
Evening Primrose Oil vitamins have made my skin softer and vibrant. However, it has not done much for my existing acne or preventing acne. I might possibly be allergic to one of the ingredient in it because i am developing a small rash on my hands. I will discontinue use if rash does not go away.
Pros:
Moisturizes the skin very well
