Pros:

Made skin soft, helped reduce some red marks. Really got rid of any deep under the skin pimples (small cysts). Made zits dry up fast.

Cons:

Made me break out! I had tiny pimples everywhere. I figured this was purging but I was wrong.

I used this product for about a month (I wanted to give it time for my skin to pass what I thought was 'purging'). I think this is too intense for my skin, either that, or there are poor clogging qualities to this. The zits would dry up somewhat quickly but new ones sprouted almost daily. Finally decided to quit and go back to a BP face wash that (mostly) worked for me in the past.

Pros:

cleared up my skin.

Cons:

burning sensation the first few applications, but then it went away

I have had this bottle for 6 months now and it is barely half empty - lasts a while. I use this in conjuction with the Alpha Hydrox Face wash. I can get it at Ulta - [link removed] also carries it currently. I am continuing to use it. I put it on and let it soak in a while - doesn't feel greasy or anything.

Pros:

-Lessens scar redness
-Improves pore size
-Smooths skin
-Shrinks pimples

Cons:

-None

This stuff is great. I've been battling acne for quite a while. All whiteheads, all noticeable bumps. After only a few days of using this stuff (applying am and pm) my skins texture was improved. After about a week and a half my fiance even noticed. Now, after about 3 weeks my active acne is less and less.

Pros:

Affordable, did not sting too much on my skin and was not oily, rather very hydrating. Have only used it maybe 4 to 6 times now, but see a slight change in acne scars.

Cons:

hard to get, but luckily live near an Ulta store.....

I did not have to use a moisturizer on top. The next day however my skin feels a little bit dry but I put more moisturizer on those areas. Lighter acne scars and smaller pores. I think I have to use it longer to see more change so I will come here in a few weeks and post my comments. Note: normal skin type, with some breakouts around my period.

Pros:

This gives an extra kick to the BP in the regimen.

Cons:

Takes a little bit longer to dry than the BP, so getting dressed in the AM and PM is a bit longer than without the regimen, but I'll sacrifice sleeping in for clearer skin!

My back acne is a lot more stubborn than the facial acne, but I'm optimistic that I'll see results soon with the AHA.

Pros:

Affordable...works but you must be patient!!

Cons:

smells kinda bad but hey its worth it =D stings especially first few times of use but again worth ittttt!!

I have oily acne prone veryyyy sensitive skin...i break out daily especially when im menstruating! if you break out i recommend you to follow dans regimen after the bp gell dries dap on some aha and wowww it dries up pimples fasttt andd its fading my acne scars that iv had for years!! i use it in the morning as well but remember to use a moisturiseer with sunblock!! if you notice that applying it all over breaks u out then simply dont use it all over just use it as a spot treatment! i think that at first it will break u out just like at first it really burns but its only temporary...keep to it..use it for at least a month and if you only see negative results then i guess this just isnt for ya butt doo give it a chance =D

Pros:

affordable, easy to use. A little goes a long way.

Cons:

I have found none

I am almost 47 years old and have been using this product for approx. 14 years. I use it twice a day after washing my face and neck. In the morning I only rinse off my face, no soap and apply AHA. In the evening I remove any makeup with ponds wipes, use a little soap and apply AHA. My skin is even, and soft to the touch. I know it's what's kept my skin clear and younger looking.

Pros:

Seems to be working for chest acne

Cons:

Terrible for my face. Maybe an allergy or something? Or maybe my face is too sensitive for this stuff.

I bought this lotion (the kind in the picture) to use on my chest and back. I decided to try it on my face as well. Big mistake! My face has NEVER looked so bad. Covered in small red bumps! I can't believe the reaction my face had to this lotion. My chest seems to be clearing up, but who knows how long it will last. I would recommend this for body acne as acne.org has suggested, but not for face acne.
