La Roche-Posay : Effaclar Duo

I've been using this for 3 weeks and im seeing a diference on my red marks which some are scars(look like red holes), they are disapearing, i cant even believe it. I'll use it till my skin is totally smooth, i guess its possible, this product gave me hope, lots of it, RECOMENDED!

I had terrible breakouts for 5 months, and I mean really massive, cystic acne the type that has people staring at you in the street. I was running out of options and never considered Effaclar until I went to a dermatologist. She had want to put me on Roaccutane but I refused. She gave me some samples of Effaclar as a sweetener but I didn't think anything of it, in fact I wasn't going to bother with them at all until I ran out of moisturiser. Anyway, it wasn't instant but it has definitely cleared my acne so much so that I don't come on Acne.org anymore but have today to tell people to give it a shot. I know how upsetting acne can be and how it can ruin your life so I really just wanted to give my opinion in the hope that others get the same positive results and all without having to go down the dangerous accutane route.

This is incredible- 12 years of cystic hormonal acne, tried everything ... Clear within 2 weeks of using this with dove soap. 6 weeks later not a pimple in sight not even with my period. So thankful I found fhis.

I've been using the effaclar foaming facewash toner and then putting this on after morning and night. This stuff is the ONLY thing that has worked for me. ive been on retin-a, minocycline, acnetox, proactiv, acne free etc. Ive been using it for about a month now and my skin has cleared significantly. i used to have about 6 pimples at a time on my face with many scars but now i have no pimples left and my scars have even lightened. BUY IT! so worth it

This is the only thing that has worked on my forehead acne, I am 36 years old and have always struggled with acne, I highly recommend this product!!

I am only 13 but my face is covered in acne it works like nothing i have ever tried but i havent really ever tried a really good quality product. All iv tries are the stuff off the shelves at the drugstore I RECCOMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY!!!!!

I decided to review this today because I had a major breakout 4 days ago that I had picked at in frustration :( big bumps and bad redness that weren't even covered by foundation and concealor. I didn't even want anyone to see my face. Today the redness is all gone and my skin is flat. :) I still obviously have the purple/faded red marks to show for it but I'm so much happier. I love this product. In less than a week it has improved my confidence a lot.

I have struggled with acne since I was in fourth grade. My father had horrible skin so I guess I got it from him. I have tried so many products and wasted so much money. The only thing that worked was Accutane but the side effects were horrible. I can honestly say this stuff is amazing. My skin feels and looks so much better. I would recommend this to anyone. I am so glad I found this at CVS and decided to give it a try. Best decision I ever made.

Had acne on neck still at 37 yrs having tried almost every med and over counter product this simple cream actually works. I use it with toner and gel cleanser my skin is clear at last!

This was the absolute best find for me! my face was clear within 3 weeks! I use it faithfully in the morning and at night! It's worth the money!
