Pros:

prevents and treats some acne, doesn't dry out skin

Cons:

if I don't spend time making sure I've washed all the residue off, my skin gets very oily by afternoon.
doesn't work as well for me as other products with BP have.

More like 3.5/5. by no means miraculous results, but I'm allergic to salicyclic acid and can hardly find any other products without it! still, this works well enough and doesn't seem to make my acne worse. I switched to Oxy a while ago, which has been MUCH better. Both have the same amount of benzoyl peroxide so I'm not sure what the difference is. sensitive combination skin, cysts and whiteheads mostly.

Pros:

Feels like its doing something, clean feeling after (tingles), kind of helped my acne... My acne doesn't completely stop but it helps get rid of it quicker than other products (I just continue to break out -.-)

Cons:

Really dries out the skin! Do not get this in your eyes, nose, mouth... it stings. The smell takes some getting used to, I'm not a fan.

I guess I would recommend this. Everyone is different, so its worth a shot. Its worked better than anything else so far for me. I've ALWAYS had acne and now I'm 22 years old. Like I said, this kind of helps. A lot of times if I feel a pimple coming on, I'll wash my face with it then put a little dab on the spot. Then I'll sleep with it on, and the spot is significantly smaller and less painful in the morning. It is worth trying.

Pros:

It smells good, like infused with aromatherapy goodness. You can leave it on for about 30 secs and is easier to use by the sink especially.

Cons:

But according to my friend who borrowed it for a night, it reminds her of the Hayden Pannettierre "DOES YOUR FACE WASH SMELL TOO SERIOUS?" commercial. Not worse but no improvement either. I use it morning/night but still some breakouts.

Move on, this relationship reeks of secretly cheating on you. You're better off on your own, single and mingling the acne aisle [again].

Pros:

Tingly Feeling :)

Cons:

It didn't work for ME :( not sure why though.

Don't take my word for this but it did not work for me. I think it only works on deep pimples and not milia (is that what tiny zits are called?) It didn't work for me. It may work for you.

Pros:

Fairly effective, but no a miracle cure.

Cons:

Extremely drying.

I've been using this product for about a week. Initially, I liked it a lot because it was clearing up some bumps that had been on my face and preventing any new ones from forming. However, my skin has begun to dry out unbelievably. I have the strangest skin ever. One second it's oily and the next it's dry or sometimes it feels really dry but looks really oily/shiny. Everytime I used it, I would follow it with Pond's Dry Skin Cream. I think it's definitely worth a try, you never know what's going to work for you. I think I'm just going to use it once every two or three days and use a much gentler cleanser the rest of the time. Hope it works better for others :)

Pros:

Afforadable and effective

Cons:

It can ruin your clothe if it gets on it, especially bathroom rugs.

It was overall a good product. It definitely cleared up my acne like no other, it even made my face appear as though I was wearing makeup. Compared to other products who were expensive and ineffective this product was cheap and it pretty much did it's job.

Pros:

it made my face feel nice afterwards...and i thought it worked for a couple of days.

Cons:

but a couple of days after using it i realized it's too strong for my semi-sensitive skin. my skin turned bumpy and dry.

use if your skin is normal. but not if it's sensitive.

Good for Teen and Possible Once a Week for Older Skin
My daughter really likes this but it is just a little too much for my skin. I think that I could use this once a week but not as a regular cleanser. Also white sheet and towel alert - it bleaches so use light or white sheets and towels.[link edited out]

Pros:

Has a great smell and I love the thickness of it.

Cons:

It has not worked for me yet. Every orning I wake up with atleast one more blemish. My skin also is dry every time I use it. I have to use the moisturizer with the SA to make my dry skin less noticable.

This product has not worked for me yet. I will keep using it to see if it is just taking a while to start clearing my skin. So far I have used better products.
