Pros:

None

Cons:

Both my sister and I used this product and we both, within varying hours of use, experienced severely swollen and puffy eyes. The puffiness has continued into the next day with itchiness, and is the kind of reaction that you'd need sunglasses to cover if you have to go out for any public outings. My sister had to schedule a visit to her doctor and will miss work because of it.

Something in this formula can cause user's eyes to swell to horrifying levels. I've read that others have experienced this, and cannot recommend this product, even though Johnson & Johnson and Clean & Clear are brands that I've trusted over the years. This product is going directly in the garbage, after a call to Johnson & Johnson's corporate office.

Pros:

None

Cons:

It didn't do anything for my skin and it bleached all of my clothes. I broke out just as much as normal.

I think it is a waste of money and not very effective. I have combination skin and I'm somewhat sensitive.

Pros:

Nice and tingly

Cons:

Left skin very oily!
Made my skin worse!

I have very oily skin to begin with, so if yours is a bit drier than mine, this may work for you. But for mine, it was a disaster. It felt nice for about fifteen minutes, and then, bam! Oil!

Pros:

Clean feeling afterwards.. besides that, nothing.

Cons:

Everything... dry, burning skin, swollen-ness, chapped my lips.

I have moderate acne breakouts every now and then so I switch back and forth between different brands (Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, Clearasil, Proactiv, etc). I ran out of one cleanser, so I decided to try this one. I don't consider my skin to be sensitive at all and I can usually use anything on my face without any problems. This product, however, was different. Right after I used it for the first time (which was at night), there was an immediate burning sensation all over my face. Not the usual tingling, but absolute burning. When I woke up in the morning, my skin was bright red, flaking, and my eyes were swollen (and I didn't use the product on my eyes, just near them). That night, for some reason, I used the product again. The next morning there was even more redness, my eyes were nearly swollen shut, my skin was even more flaky, my lips had become chapped and were starting to split open, and the burning sensation lasted all day. I immediately threw the product away when I got home and would never recommend this product to anyone. I usually love Clean & Clear, but I have no idea what happened. :(

not the worst, but not good
A step up from bar soap, but I'm not a fan of BPO. This product leaves a film and doesn't make me feel cleaner. BPO is carcinogenic to rats, so even if I appreciate a medicated cleaner, I don't want carcinogenic ingredients penetrating my pores all day

Ok for mild acne

Pros:

Helps some acne

Cons:

Dries out skin
Does not help acne

So one day while washing my face, I realized that I was running low on my face wash. So that afternoon while I was looking down the aisle wanting to try something soon, I see this. Being so eager to get rid of my mild to moderate acne, I purchase it. Absolutely awful! It dried out my skin and didn't help anything. I mean, it really doesn't surprise me, Clean and Clear is an awful skin care company.

Pros:

It's cheap, but you get what you pay for in that respect.

Cons:

Highly irritiating, non rinsible, ineffective.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! The menthol will burn your face and sting your eyes, even if you use it as directed, the thick cleanser doesn't rinse easily, and worse than that, I haven't noticed any change at all.

Prescribed by Dermo

I was prescribed this by my dermatologist every morning to try and clear my mild but very stubborn acne. He suggested using this every morning because I use Tretinoin cream every night and the benzoyl peroxide make the cream less effective when used together. I have seen absolutely no difference in my skin other than the fact that I am as red as a lobster after using this and my skin is extremely dry. I would not suggest
