Pros:

Clears up acne very fast (usually over night. Maybe two nights if it's bad)
Very effective
Don't need to use large amounts

Cons:

Not very confortable when you go to bed. You have to wait until it dries up a little to actually sleep, else, you'll just scrape it (especially if you're a side sleeper), and stain your pillow

Very good product. It is a prescription medecine, but it works well, and is covered if you got insurance (at least it is for me). I've used it for more than a year now and I never had problems of redness, dryness, or anything like that.

Pros:

-Very Minimal Side affects
-Apply only to areas that are infected
-Does not have any odour so it can be applied when leaving the house

Cons:

-Slight residue on face after application

I started taking Clindoxyl a few months after I stopped taking Tetracycline, which is another common acne prescription. Although tetracycline was successful in preventing breakouts and removing acne on the majority of my face I was still getting breakouts on my forehead. I noticed positive results within 3 weeks. The acne of my forehead had subsided and I was not experiencing any breakouts. I did not notice any major side affects.

Pros:

easy to apply, works good, did the job.

Cons:

i used it on a spot where i really didn't need to put any by accident and it dried it out so bad for 3 days and then slowly the dryness disappeared.

i got about 4 sample tubes from my doctor to try out and a prescription if i wanted more and i loved it! but i accidently used it on zit free spot and it dried it out which was bad and i used the pond dry skin cream which made me breakout...but overall it works good. in 3-4 days my zit/blemishes are gone! :)

Pros:

Prevents breakouts, you dont need to use a lot, gets rid of acne scars, actually works if you give it time, teaches you patients.

Cons:

it feels a little sticky on my skin, takes time, it works different for different people, makes my skin very dry.

Me and my brother have been using the clindoxyl gel for about a month and a half. It is improving my brothers acne a bit better then it is mine, but I can tell that its working. I like how it goes on easily and you don't need a lot of it so it will last a long time. And I like how you only need to use it once a day. It takes a little while to see the improvments but its worth waiting for.

Pros:

Works quickly, no smell, affordable if you have extended health coverage,

Cons:

Stopped working for me after about 10 months, expensive if you pay out-of-pocket for it, bleaches fabrics.

This product worked extremely well for me for about 10 months. My acne is coming back now and the Clindoxly is not clearing it up. I'm going to see my doctor next week to maybe try something new.

Pros:

- Gets rid of pimples and whiteheads
- Dries clearish
- Affordable! If you have health insurance

Cons:

- Goes on kinda gooey (but I like that since its easy to spread out)

I love this product!!! I went to the doctors and just asked if i should see a dermatalogist since my skin isn't great and she just prescribed this gel to me and said to use on pimples! It made all of them go away, and now I get an ocassional white head but its barely noticable! I even had people compliment me on my skin!!!!! I NEVER got that before. Love love love it!

Pros:

- It gets rid of acne
- Reduces redness
- Clear my acne over the years

Cons:

- Bleached some of my clothes and towels
- Burned my skin a bit after exfoliating and aplying the cream

It is very good to use if you want to clear up your acne a bit quicker than usual. You can also get refills when you run out. Also it doesnt cost much if you have health insurance. Ask your doctor or Dermatologist if Clyndoxyl Gel is right for you!

Pros:

i've used it for almost a year and my acne doesn't really go away but gets smaller...

Cons:

bleaches clothes, expensive if u don't have health care, skin fells weird and may dry out. takes a LONG time to use

i have mixed feelings about using this product. i would recommend not using this in the day time if your going out because it makes your skin look weird and feel weird. also it will bleach your shirts and things like that. but i've used this for almost a year almost every night and at different parts of that time my acne was pretty much gone than i stopped using for one night and i had broke out again and now im trying to get it back under control.
