Pros:

I've only been using this product for not even a week, and I already know a BIG difference!! - With Moderate Acne-

Cons:

I still use Nivia's- Cleanser and Exfoliator- and ONLY Proactiv's cleanser... so after putting Duac on it makes my face BURN, RED, uncomfortable, tight, and Flakey -- BUT --

I eliminated the dryness problem by using the following- Jojoba Oil all organic- for moisturizer (there is a substance in jojoba oil that imitates sebum oil so, once absorbed, the skin stops producing sebum oil) you can buy them in Health Food Stores. It's also good for your hair, nails, and the rest of your body. I also use Alba's aloe and green tea oil-free moisturizer(Which Aloe and Green Tea in it which obviously makes your skin soft/healthy). Also if you're like me and have dryness under the eyes try Burt's Bees Eye Cream... Which contains vitamins and 8 essential amino acids to soften the skin and firm the skin. It also includes (Royal Jelly which is one of the most powerful nutrient found in nature which is fed to the queen bee that lives 40 times longer and 50% bigger then the rest of the bees.) But Overall: Duac is great stuff, and is probably the smartest move I made towards getting rid of Acne. I hope when all you guys try this stuff, you also ge

Pros:

none yet

Cons:

very, very drying. very painful, forhead and eye area very swollen, puffy

Unless you have very severe problems, do a test area first. I am in pain from this product(followed directions) and never had any previous skin sensitivity. Need ice bag to help with the sting. Skin seems smoother though(probably from being stretched with the swelling)! Free sample from dermatologist.

Pros:

I love it! W/ the combonation of Retin-A, I cleared up in 2-3 weeks!

Cons:

Sticky feeling when put on.. but definitely worth it.

I put Retin-A at nite and then the DUAC in the morning. Put my positurizer over it and then makep up and I was ready to go. =)

Pros:

Clears up acne insanely quickly. Texture of skin becomes very smooth. Unclogged my pores. Prevents future breakouts and dries out the ones you already have. Better complexion. Etc...

Cons:

It can be very expensive. Sometimes (NOT all the time) it can burn your skin, making it feel very tight, but puffy and red. After a while, you get to know how much you need to use to keep from the burning sensation. But it works like a charm!

---I use Duac with Retin-A Micro, (Retin-A Micro unclogs the pores, and Duac gets rid of the inflammatory acne, or the bumps). I have noticed that the second you put Duac on, you definitely need to put some moisturizer on afterwards since Duac does turn off your body's "moisturizing machine" or sebum. It makes a world's difference. ---Sometimes if I just have some troublesome areas that just popped up, I put some Duac on and it's practically gone the next day. ---But remember with acne treatments you MUST be patient! It takes time, kids! I cannot live without Duac. Also, I use Retin-A Micro in the morning, and Duac at night (because it makes me drier, so then my makeup would get messed up and cakey or flakey). Also, FLAKING IS PART OF THE DUAC/RETIN-A PROCESS! That is how your body helps get rid of the acne - it dries up and flakes off. So moisturize.

Duac didn't work for me. My doctor switched me to Benzaclin. Benzaclin cleared me up in about 2/3 weeks and is available in a pump. The pump gives me the exact dose I need to put on without fussing w/ it. The expiration is almost twice as long as duac which will save me money when I need refills.

Pros:

It cleared me up fantastically in two weeks.

Cons:

If you use too much you will get red and itchy.

Great product, works, makes acne less red and inflamed.

Pros:

I have tried many solutions from my doctor percripted me to. None worked.

Cons:

It stings?! and is verrry dry.. stiffens up my face.

My "ex"friend left it at my house. She has NO ACNE and I am extremly embarrest of it. I dont even like my boyfriend touching my face or even looking at me for a long time because Im so parinoid of it. By using benzaclin i think that it will help.. cause it helped my friend.. (flawless)

Pros:

Works relatively fast and keeps face clear when used regularly as directed.

Cons:

I've noticed dryness in the area of application but just for a little while.

Since I began using BenzaClin I have had no more acne. In the morning I apply it, message it in good, then apply my oil free moisturizer and makeup. No problem! At night I apply it before my nighttime moisturizer.

Pros:

Using this and Retin-A Micro has cleared up some of my acne after only a few days.

Cons:

My skin, especially around my mouth is very dry and red, and has been peeling.

I've only been using this for about a week, so I'm not sure yet. Hopefully the peeling improves soon.
