Pros:

clears up acne 100%!

Cons:

extremely drying. stick it out for a few weeks and it'll get better. My dermatologist has a special moisturizer he makes, that works wonders

FABULOUS! The only thing that has ever worked for my skin. My face had gotten so severe that I was told I'd have to take accutane. In the meantime i started taking minocycline and benzaclin for the month and a half before i would go back to the derm to start accutane. When I went back for my follow up, my dermatologist didnt even think i was in for my acne (it was gone, cleared up!) Don't bother with Retin-A or Differen, I've tried it all. This is the ONLY product that works.

Pros:

Works great....and fast. Face feels un-oily.

Cons:

Dries face out....and can give a burn look...

Bottom line with a No-Oil Moisturizer its hands down the best medication I have ever used. As my acne is in the crack of my lips...and Benzaclin is working to perfection.

Best product for acne
My skin had lots of little zit like acne especially on forehead and cheeks. I tried so many products, cream, treatments, but nothing worked ! Some products even made it worse. Then my friend recommended me duac, so I got it from doctors prescription. It's an antibiotic that kills bacteria that cause acne. To my surprise, this product is a miracle. It cured all my acne in just two weeks!!! I'm so glad I bought this gel. I've never had a beautiful skin in my entire life like I have now.

Beware!
I had a very bad (allergic?) reaction to Duac and it took me over a week to recover. My face was red, swollen and painful with a burning sensation. It was bad. I would love to know if anyone else has had this reaction to Duac and if anyone knows what it is that causes it. Was it simply an allergic reaction to BP? Please share your experiences. I feel like so few people talk about these horrible side effects.

Good so far
I've been using duac for about 2 weeks now and I have seen a significant result. I am in the military so it was free for me, ( if anyone was wondering...) Anyway, before I got the product, I was hesitated to use it because I had read so many review about how it " burns" your skin. But, when I put it on, I felt nothing. No irritation, no burning sensation, nothing. So, I guess depending on the people, it's different. Well, in less than a week a I saw great results. About 5-6 of my cystic pimples were gone! Definitely give it a try.

Cons:

Made my skin red and irritated
Dried me out and created flakes
Didn't help acne at all

Prescribed this with other topicals. The retinoids I used worked, but this did nothing for me. It was given/used as a spot treatment. Only made my skin red/itchy/irritated and dry and flaky where applied. I think I'm just allergic to BP in general, as it appears that its in this med and I had massive trouble on a larger scale when I tried the acne.org regimen's BP on my face, as well.
