Good so far
I've been using duac for about 2 weeks now and I have seen a significant result. I am in the military so it was free for me, ( if anyone was wondering...) Anyway, before I got the product, I was hesitated to use it because I had read so many review about how it " burns" your skin. But, when I put it on, I felt nothing. No irritation, no burning sensation, nothing. So, I guess depending on the people, it's different. Well, in less than a week a I saw great results. About 5-6 of my cystic pimples were gone! Definitely give it a try.

Pros:

Tremendously cleared up acne on my forehead
Reduced redness of my acne
Cleared up blackheads/whiteheads
Wasn't drying because I used a good moisturizer with it

Cons:

Skin became immune to it after awhile :(

Great topical, but sadly after 3 months my skin became immune to the clindamycin in it which was the ingredient that made the difference in my skin :( but my skin did not get worse after that luckily. It got rid of most of my "active" acne and there is just dark marks left from them (scars) But of course I get the usual annoying pimples still. Not as bad as it used to be though. Definitely ask your dermatologist to prescribe this to you. :)

Pros:

worked when nothing else has!

Cons:

took a while to see results

i've had acne for 8 years, tried everything! holistic and all the drugstore brands out there, when all i needed to do was GO TO THE DERM and seek professional advice. she tried a few things (differin, Diane35) before prescribing me benzaclin, teva-spironolacetone and doxycycline. I'll admit it took around a month to really see results but its my second month now and i only maybe get a new pimple once a week, before i was too embarrassed to even let my best friends without makeup I had atleast 15 pimples present on my face at all times! I still have acne scars i have to deal with now but at least now i've stop new ones from forming. Sorry this review is so long but when i was searching on this website before i found what worked for me i always wanted to know the reviewers history to see how it applied to my situation anyway good luck with this one!

Pros:

Cleared skin
Skin stayed clear for a whole year

Cons:

Stopped working after 18 months.

I knew it wasn't going to work forever but I am devistated that I became immune to it. It is still worth a try.

Pros:

no strong smell
gets rid of most acne
easy to apply

Cons:

slight irritation
itches
dries out skin

It is okay. It gets rid of most of my acne, but not all. Duac dries out my skin a lot. Every night I apply it, but in the morning I have to use witch hazel to get rid of the dry skin. I would recommend this for those who have lighter acne.

Stopped Breakouts

Cons:

I've been using this only for a week and a half now, and wow my face is clearing up. I can't say I'm acne free yet but I'm positive that I will be. My dermatologist prescribed me this with Doxycline 100mg and a cleanser Cetaphil. I think this is a great combination. I'm supposed to take this for a month and I'm only at 1 week. So hopefully by 1 month I can say I'm acne free. I wish I can put photos up for you guys to see my big improvement!
