Pros:

lights dark spots, calms redness in skin

Cons:

burns, tingles, and itches for a couple weeks after you first use it. This decreases as your skin gets used to it.

I love the way this medication has lighted my dark acne scars. I am a carmel complexed african american. Your skin will get worse before it gets better, but the irritation is worth the outcome. I found it is better to wait at least 30 mins after you wash your face to apply the medication. It doesnt burn or itch as much.

Pros:

Feels very silky and smooth on your skin, also fades hyperpigmentation, there is no sensitivity to the sun

Cons:

maybe price if you don't have insurance

Works very very well, took two months to see AMAZING results, i had pretty bad acne but now it is 95% clear, just a few very very tiny bumps you can't even see unless you look really really close, also cleared up a lot of the hyperpigmentation and I would say in about a month it will be all gone, I have tried so many products and this has without a doubt worked the best!

Pros:

Cleared up my acne faster then any other product I've tried and I basically tried em all.

Cons:

None

This does sting when first applied, but it works bottom line. I'd much rather deal with the pain then with having acne. Come on people havent you ever heard the saying, "Beauty is Pain", toughin up it could be worse.

Pros:

Clears non-inflammatory and inflammatory acne, smoother skin, anti-bacterial, non-irritating, not too drying, treats PIH, reasonably priced.

Cons:

None

Best topical I've ever used. Has really improved the texture of my skin. Very effective in killing acne... Reduces the lifespan of cysts and unblocks pores to purge comedones. Have been using this for 3 months and noticed slight improvement in PIH (takes about 6 months to see good results). Highly recommend it!

Goodbye comedy red nose
Had rosecea for years, spots and broken skin on my nose with redness... anti biotics didn't work, it was starting to get me down a bit so I self prescribed myself with a tube of azeliac acid from eBay, worth atry for 8 English pounds I thought, I cleanse my skin before bed and apply the cream, washing it off in the morning, within a week the rosecea was totally gone, I now cleanse and apply every other night, I now have a worry free social calendar, no more worrying about going out with a nose like coco the clown!

Pros:

Cleared up cyctic acne when nothing else worked

Cons:

Price if you don't have insurance

This stuff burned like fire ants on my face when I first started using it... It was HORRIBLE!!! Tough it out... after two weeks no more burning just clear smooth skin. It didn't do a lot for getting rid of redness or hyperpigmentation... but no more huge hard zits!

Pros:

Works quickly
Anti-inflammatory

Cons:

Burns, itches

This stuff is fantastic. I tried everything to clear up some hormonal body acne (after going off birth control pills) for months: salicylic acid body wash, BP, AHA, Retin-A. I had bright red, rashy acne all over my chest, neck and back and after a week, it's 80% gone. GONE. This started to work after only four days (applied twice a day). Coincidentally, that is how long the burning and itching occurred after use. It was almost unbearable the first 4-5 times of using it (for about 30 minutes after application) but it gradually got better and by the fourth day, there was no irritation at all. Stay with it!

Pros:

IT WORKS !!!!!!!!!!

Cons:

may dry skin , but not bad at all , moisturizer will take care of it

Ok , I'm just like many others, i been suffering from acne for more then 12 years , i'm 32 now. I try any thing from 1000$>treatments , peels, etc., creams , all antibiotics you ever heard , doxy , mono, etc. benz, i mean every think , even ALDERA , nothing works. I got AZELEX one week ago and OMG my skin never recover that fast , i use with combination of TRETINOIN and also before applying any of them i use DERMA ROLER 0.5mm, it works MAGICAL. I pay 20$ for derma roler . BOTTOM LINE if you just like me lost hope to cure acne , DON"T you must try this cream , even every one is different , you have nothing to lose
