Caused hypopigmentation... I started using Azelaic Acid 20% on my face as prescribed in January... by July - when I went to the beach - my skin was totally blotchy... I have patches of white where the cells have been damaged. Some doctors tried to tell me that it's Vitiligo, but the white patches are exactly where I applied the medicine.
