Cons:
NONE!
Use this if you really need to get them spots down fast. It works honestly. and when it dries if you use the aloe vera gel too, rub the mask off when its dry for added exfoliation and skin smoothing. And then wash once finished. I also have 60% hyaluronic acid serum to smooth over and moisturise afterwards. I'm 23 and have no real spots or problems. but if I eat rubbish it shows in my skin. So this is a life saver. But I do use 40% glycolic acid every 5 days. That keeps spots completely at bay. All in all, I would recommend any of these items. I want to stay as young and fresh for as long as I can. So I do this routine all the time.

Pros:
cheap, works better than all those topical treatments out there
Cons:
reduces redness alittle, but doesn't completely remove the pimle
i keep on getting inflamations that take weeks to get rid of, and the aspirin mask helps it a little but is not enough, i have applied it for a week, my large inflamation only shrinked by a little

Pros:
Cheap, easy, works like a miracle
Cons:
A bit messy, sniffed a bit in my nose sometimes :)
I loved it. Some say do it with honey or something else, I just use the aspirin directly with lots of water and let it dry on my face for about 10-15 minutes laying down. I use once every other day, keeps my face looking clear and settles all redness.

not a miracle treatment, but DEFENITELY improves your skin. don't expect results ASAP though. be patient, and you will be pleased with the results. aids in preventing significantly the # of future breakouts, but by no means eradicates pimples.

Pros:
Soothing
Cons:
Didn't work for me
After reading all the great reviews I thought that this might be the miracle cure I was after. I tried the mask using crushed aspirin and natural yoghurt with honey, I also tried it with moisturiser and honey. I did find it had a soothing effect and left my skin very soft and reduced redness a little. Also the day after applying the mask, some of the spots were smaller and less swollen.
However this did not stop new spots appearing and did not make existing spots miraculously disappear. I used this mask 3 times a week for a few weeks.
It is definitely worth a try though as others seem to have had a great response to it.

Pros:
Works, doubles as a scrub
Cons:
Difficult to pulverize aspirin and get water ratio right.
Try mixing in a bit of honey. This will keep it from flaking off and getting up your nose.

Pros:
Smooth skin, less oil, smaller pimples
Cons:
Dryness
I needed a beter moisturiser because around my mouth was a bit dry [I have combination skin]. Other than that, this works great! I tried it yesterday and left it on for 10 minutes. I mix 3 aspirins with a bit of water to make it into a paste and add some aloe vera [straight from the plant! aloe vera stinks :P] Today, I left it on for nearly an hour and it's great!!! I'm going to do the mask 2-3 times a week but I just had to try it again today because I felt that I left it on too short yesterday.
Try it for yourself!!

Pros:
Very easy to apply, with aloe vera gel. I also add a tiny bit of 8% glycolic acid too. It smoothes out your skin and reduces the redness right down. I love it
