Not for me.Helps with scars but not pimples
Im not sure about this and i still fail to understand this. I was hoping to be so positive with ACV as i had heard such amazing reviews online and really wanted it to work. A little about me and my situation I am 27 female with dry skin & was one of the few lucky people blessed with amazing skin growing up and never having issues with acne (maybe once in a while here and there every 2 years) but was generally happy with my skin. Until last year when Im not sure what triggered & i get these big one off pimple specifically on my cheek every now and then. I would say every 2 months to a month. I usually only get 1 big one but that is enough for me to feel ashamed and go in hiding for 3-4 days. I have also noticed that this happens more in the spring/summer than in the winter. Thank god I live in Canada where its winter for 5 months . I am a big believer in natural products so I started using turmeric, manuka honey and youghurt masks 4-5 days a week & still use it and that has helped me a lot and its a very refreshing mask but as summer is approaching again, im back to square one these days with these one off big white heads forming on my cheeks. I have a habit of popping so one of them left a really bad ugly black scar right below my lip. Last month, I tried using apple cider vinegar (organic) 1:4 vinegar:water ratio for 3 weeks as a toner everyday at night and then washing it off after 10minutes. In the beginning it felt like my skin was more glowy & it definitely helps in removing scars in a matter of days. That black scar I talked about above is almost gone now. But since my face is already dry, ACV made it EXTREMELY dry. It came to a point where my skin started peeling and my lips started hurting because of the dryness. This is after diluting it with water, thank god I didnt ever use it alone on my face. Now after 3 weeks and a Sahara Desert skin, I have a HUGE pimple on my cheek again in spite of ACV & I couldnt take the dryness anymore so I have stopped using it. I havent had a good experience with it topically so I am sad it didnt work for me. Some suggestions if you want to use it, try only using it on your scars. It works wonders. ALWAYS dilute it and dont use it everyday, if you have dry skin maybe use it 2 times a week.

Worsened Acne
I tried this for a month, first diluting it (half water, half apple cider vinegar) and working up to undiluted. I used Bragg's. It only made my face worse, so I decided to stop using it on my face. It caused acne in places I've never seen acne before. I went back to benzoyl peroxide, and now it's repairing the damage. I read hundreds of great reviews, thinking this would most definitely work, but it turned out it only made things worse. I really would like to see before and after pictures of the people who said apple cider vinegar worked (topically), because I used it for a month to disappointment. If it truly did help them, then I assume ACV just simply doesn't like my face.

well for me, apple cider vinegar really faded the acne on my face a lot. i went from almost cystic acne to barely any after using ACV but yes i also have been experiencing breakouts on&around my nose and thats unusual bc i barely break out there so i'm debating on whether i should keep using it or just give it up. because the rest of my face feels so much more balanced bc of ACV besides my nose.

Fail
Yet another product with amazing reviews that's done nothing for my moderate acne :/ I'm going to attempt mixing this with tea tree oil since everyone claims these products are so amazing! Maybe they'll work on me together..

No difference

Pros:

Very cheap
Didn't make acne worse

Cons:

Smells awful!
Didn't make acne better

I didn't use Braggs because it's not available in the UK but I did use an organic version so it contained 'mother'. I used it topically as a toner on a cotton pad with water every night. It smells terrible and isn't great to travel with (looks like urine!). It didn't improve/ worsen my acne so it's not really something I would continue to use. I was convinced this would be the product for me since it has such great reviews, but I guess it's worth a try since it's so cheap!
