Pros:

Great for you stomach
Makes skin better
Cheap!

Cons:

tastes bad but who cares?

I have been using this for months now. It worked great in the beginning by itself (using topically followed by coconut oil on skin and taking 2 tspns twice a day internally). After a few months it wasn't working and I found I needed to change my diet. I had cancer 5 years ago and stopped Tamoxifen 1 year ago. Almost no wheat and dairy :( and added 8 ozs of pomegranate juice :) to help cut the hormone effect that is definitely my problem. Now the apple cider vinegar is helping with the skin and with the stomach as well (I have dieted like this before and had stomach problems. Not with the ACV now). I use the acv and coconut oil at night and pure aloe in the morning before moisturizing.

Pros:

clear skin
good for digestion
lower cholesteral
antibacterail
gums improved!

Cons:

tastes awful

Developed adult acne when I hit menopause. Tried every product on market, inc. a very expensive dermotologist and retin A. nothing worked. I now ingest a shot of acv in the morning and skin is brigher and clearer with virtually no breakouts. Topically, I mix it with 100% pure aloe; age spots diminished, acne redness and scars are disappearing. As I do have aging skin, I need the moisture from the Aloe. My skin has never look better, and I have spent 1000's of dollars! The aloe is also a good healing agent for redness and sensitivity. ACV restores proper ph balance, reducing skin's sensitivity to breakouts. I prefer RAW acv over processed, but both will work.

Pros:

Greatly reduced breakouts
Skin less oily
Faster healing
Digestive system is better

Cons:

It's stinky

I have been using this for a couple of months now and I really believe it's helping. My skin is less oily and I have had very few breakouts compared to normal, even during the time of the month when my skin usually gets bad. Spots seem less inflamed and heal quicker, and the red marks disappear faster. It also seems to have done something for my digestive system (I have mild IBS) which makes me wonder if that is linked to acne. I also add a few drops to a face mask once a week and it helps remove dead skin/red marks, face is very smooth after (can be little red initially but it goes down quickly). On the down side, it has a strong smell and doesn't taste great but it's okay diluted. I think it also needs to be taken consistently so you will have to travel with it.I usually take 2 tsps in a large glass of water - keep meaning to buy straws as I don't want to harm my tooth enamel. As other have said, buy an organic unpasteurized brand if you can. It's so cheap! Hope it works for you.

Pros:

Works Fast
All Natural
Heals existing cysts within a couple of days

Cons:

Taste
Aroma

I have been using ACV as a drink in the am. I mix 2 Tablespoons with a little water or apple juice, if I have, and throw it back. I also use it as a toner in the am and pm. It has worked wonderfully. The inflammation I had has decreased very quickly, over the course of the week. My face doesn't hurt anymore. The overall clarity of my skin has improved. My cysts are mainly at the jaw area, so that was main concern. It looks about 70 percent better and feels about 90 percent better. Only doing it for a week. Give it a try!

Pros:

Clears pimples
Stops breakouts
reduces scarring

Cons:

tastes awful

I started this a few weeks ago and have not broken out since. Results are very quick (1-3 days). Makes skin less oily, however, I use this combined with topical lemon juice nightly. I drink 1-2 tablespoons per day diluted in a big glass of water with apple juice mixed in. Drink through a straw so it doesn't hurt your teeth. Highly Recommended

Pros:

Stopped stomach aches
"regular"
Brightened skin
Haven't broken out since started
More awake
Tastes good when properly mixed with water

Cons:

Can cause stomach ache in beginning when you start to detox
Can cause stomach ache if you mix too much acv and don't dilute it with enough water

I love this product. Actually, I bought Bragg's ACV. I began using it maybe about two weeks ago. I already see changes in my face. I usually occasionally get pimples but have some redness on my nose and next to my nose. I now don't have to wear makeup, as the redness has gone away and I haven't gotten one pimple since I've started. Also, I am prone to super bad stomach aches. The first day I took this, it flushed everything out my system and I had no stomach aches that day after that. Drinking this everyday makes me "regular" which helps the stomach aches. I now wake up wide awake around 9 am. Usually I wake up around 11-12 and sort of sleepy. I drink this by putting 2 TABLESPOONS Into a large glass (one that came with mango juice or the cranberry juice glass from grocery stores). I reuse that glass and bring it with me in the car and sip it throughout the day. The only times I've noticed also when it gives me a stomach ache is when I just eyeball the amount of ACV I put in and put a bad ratio of water + ACV. So if acv makes your stomach upset it could be 2 things: -Detox from everything you had in your stomach that wasn't digesting -you drank it straight from the bottle or with little water. I think 2 TBLSPNS +lots of water makes it taste REALLY GOOD. it kind of tastes like a kind of organic tea. It's very refreshing in hot Texas sun.

Cons:

i drink 1-2 tablespoons of bragg's acv in days that i feel my face is full of acne, or when some few acne is about to appear, in days when my skin is dull. it just lessens the oiliness of my face and after 2-3 days acne is gone. i so love it!

Pros:

Inexpensive
um, it works. :)
easy

Cons:

none, really

Okay, I saw alot of comments saying the taste was UNBAREABLE. I guess I'm weird but, I really didn't mind the taste much at all. It was a bit strong though, like taking a shot of hard liqor or something, but really not bad. I can see using this everyday.

Pros:

Good for you in general
Significantly reduces acne
Prevents any new acne
Detoxifies skin
Relatively inexpensive

Cons:

Tastes awful
Possible damage to teeth
Has a tendency to make your skin "purge"

I'm already using prescription antibiotics and topicals to fight my acne. Though they worked wonders the first time, my acne came back (although not quite as severe as the first time). After reading about using ACV, I decided to give it a go. After a relatively short period of time, I'm already noticing a significant decrease of inflamed acne on my face. I take about 1-2 tablespoons diluted with a pint of water daily with a meal (though I have skipped a couple days). In addition, my antibiotic dosage was recently doubled, and I've been eating more carefully and taking multivitamins. It could simply be causal, but I think that everything's working in conjunction. There's no single "magic" remedy that's going to make your acne go away, I've found you need to control it properly through proper nutrition. I would strongly recommend ACV as a supplement to an existing acne treatment regimen.
