Pros:

I'm not sure if this works. Nothing dramatic has happened yet since I drink this daily for more than a week now. But I lost 1Kg of body weight instead!

Cons:

It smells horrible, taste horrible, even after I add honey in it. My dad keep saying it taste like lemon, but I honestly think it doesn't.

It gave me soar throat until I reduce the ratio of honey and ACV in a cup of water from 1:2 (tbsp) to 2:

I can't get the "Mother" one here in Japan. Everything I found in the supermarket is the clean, nice looking, filtered one. Maybe it will work if you're using the "mother" one. So, just give it a try.

Pros:

You dont have to drink it as a liquid it comes in pills that you can take with 8oz or more of water. Can be used for weight loss too!

Cons:

No cons dont by the liquid! yuck! you can find the pills at any vitamin shop

Can be used for numerous things wt. loss, acne, you name it! Buy the pills and just take with water. I have also found that Digestive enzymes work really well too! I had these little bumps on my forhead that would never go away i started taking digestive enzymes and apple cider vinegar then within a 10 days they were already gone!

Pros:

This stuff has completely replaced BP in my regimen. I take 2 TBSP twice a day (after breakfast and dinner) and wash my face twice a day, and I have been clear for two months.

Cons:

Not great tasting

I'm a 23 year old male who was using DKR with some success. My face was itchy and dry so I started looking for alternatives at this site. I use Bragg's Organic ACV which I purchase from Whole Foods and I can say this stuff works, and it works well. As long as I don't miss a dose, it keeps my nice and clear without using ANY BP AT ALL! I brush my teeth and use mouthwash immediately after drinking it just in case.

Pros:

Better than any 'cleansing' drink I've had. Use to buy Kombucha @ $3.29 each, and what a rip off. I never felt anything or noticed anything except burping.

Cons:

The smell isn't that great and the taste is something to get use to.

I'm not sure if it's changed my skin because I started using 'The Regimen' at the same time, but I feel healthier inside and out. I drink this mixture 3x a day 2T organic ACV 2t agave (better than honey) 10 oz. water. I down this in about 30 seconds since ACV isn't that good on teeth. I also brush my teeth right after.

Pros:

very cheap, other great health effects(minerals, vitamins, enzymes etc..),if I ate too much (oily) food, it helps my stomach.

Cons:

horrible smell-but worth it ;), awful taste- but is's adaptable, if takes too much ACV into the water may corrodes your teeth :S, much more often hungry :D, little dries my skin-and at first the redness is worst :(

-1-1,5 week: I stared to drink a glass of still mineral water with one tablespoon of organic 5% ACV (called "chef").Afraid of weight loss, because I don't want!!But no results... -Then drink this mix twice a day,and sometimes take ACV+water (1:1) my face.I think it works a little, but because of external use.At the first some seconds bothers my eyes, but I don't mind.I just drink it from about 3-4 weeks,I go on this... I think, I will try combinate ACV with b5 cure,I will write the results...

Pros:

cheap, works temporarily

Cons:

smelly, dries skin out, you get your hopes up for nothing

It worked for a week, drying out forming acne, but that's it- the scars remained. It won't prevent new ones though, it only helps to dry them out. The weird thing is, one day it'll be all dried out and then a few days later they look ripe, red and still are raised above the skin. Works if you only get one or two pimples a month, NOT on chronic neverending acne. It's just not potent enough. The pills didn't work either, I got new pimples on the pills and on the vinegar on my face.
