Pros:

Works in just a few days, helps with allergy's too. Really cheap, easy to get hold of. Gives your skin a healthy glow. (hides red marks, without tanning!)

Cons:

The taste.

Great stuff, I've been drinking 20ml mixed with a pint of squash 3 times a day, run to your local health food shop/supermarket and buy some, if you live in the UK get Aspall organic cyder vinegar, its about 1.60 a bottle.

Pros:

It works! It's cheap! It's easy!

Cons:

My skin is soooooo dry. I'm trying to find the perfect balance between drinking AVC 2-3 times a day and moisturizing.

It's very tolerable if you drink it with water and honey. The day after I used it I noticed my forehead (breakout central!) was much smoother and NO NEW pimples had erupted overnight! I have been drinking 1 teaspoon with honey and water 2-3 times a day for about 4 days and still have had NO NEW pimples. So far so good! I'm going to keep taking it 3x a day until my period is over and then I'm going to cut back to once a day and see if that will keep acne at bay.

Pros:

Works good the first few weeks.Dries away any active acne.Consumed almost three bottles.

Cons:

Became ineffective gradually.Past the 8th week, hardly worked as it did initially.

Has plenty of other benefits listed--no harm in taking it.But if you want to find a solution to get rid of acne--this does not do the job--strictly my personal experience. Bottomline--it may or may not work for you.But give it a shot anyways.

Pros:

IT WORKS!

Cons:

Horrible taste, you feel like puking after. If you take too much it can do damage to your esophagus and digestive system.

Take 2 teaspoons after breakfast and 2 at night. You notice results after about 3 days. I have only broken out once in 2 weeks of using this stuff. I love ACV (just not the taste)... but it's well worth the results. =)

Pros:

This stuff has completely replaced BP in my regimen. I take 2 TBSP twice a day (after breakfast and dinner) and wash my face twice a day, and I have been clear for two months.

Cons:

Not great tasting

I'm a 23 year old male who was using DKR with some success. My face was itchy and dry so I started looking for alternatives at this site. I use Bragg's Organic ACV which I purchase from Whole Foods and I can say this stuff works, and it works well. As long as I don't miss a dose, it keeps my nice and clear without using ANY BP AT ALL! I brush my teeth and use mouthwash immediately after drinking it just in case.

Pros:

as a drink it has some benefits with weight loss but as a toner it rocks! my skin is not terribly oily but was getting big zits and this is the only thing that works for me. I have spent tons of money on proactive murad lancome clinique..this works

Cons:

its stinky but SO worth it it burns a little so may not be good foe sensitive skin. Try a little at first to see if you can tolerate.

if you have just had a microderm or chem. peel wait a week before trying. buy unfiltered un pasturized prefferably from your local health food store. can be a little drying so you may want to follow with an oil free moisturizer like dermalogica or neutrogena. try this is nothing else has worked for you. belive me, ive tried everything! you have nothing to loose. the price is so awsome!

Pros:

Cheapish, fairly gentle, has other health benefits as well

Cons:

Tastes and smells bad..

Well I drank a tablespoon of ACV with warm water for about a month daily. It didn't seem to do much for my skin though, so I decided to use it as a toner. I did this for two weeks with not much result, probably because there was far more water than ACV in my solution so now I am trying a 50/50 solution. This is worth a try. note: price is in NZ dollars so might be different for other countries

Pros:

Cheap, natural

Cons:

Did not work! Burns and hurts! Bad for your esophagus and teeth.

Several friends swear by this, I used it religiously for a couple of months. I would drink with apple juice and brush my teeth after but it was still horrible to down. I didn't get the results I was expecting. Finally went to a dermatologist and I have cystic acne so I need Accutane. Save yourself the time and pain. This may work for some people but I don't recommend it.
