Best for angry skin
I have used sudocrem for YEARS, all throughout my acne 'journey'. It's great if you have a particularly angry spot or if you've squeezed or picked at something. Applying it overnight helps to bring down the redness and for me, it speeds up healing. Also, if you're prone to pick when you shouldn't (like me) then this can be a great deterrent. Generally, when I get home from work I'll take off my make up and spot treat my skin with this. This stops me from touching my skin so much because I know touching it will rub the sudocrem off. Plus it's cheap!!!

Pros:

- gets rid of acne is 2-3 days
-heals eczema
-got rid of scars

Cons:

can leave your skin feeling greasy and you can't wear it in daylight because it would make you look really white

gets rid of spots quickly and is cheaper then most acne treatments

flattens and calms breakouts
I use this at night after cleansing my face and just use a Q-tip to apply a small amount to any spots that I have, I then just pat it into my face using my finger and leave it on for around half an hour. you could leave it on longer but I remove it after a while so I can continue the rest of my skin routine. it really helps to calm any breakouts you may have and reduces the amount of time it takes for spots to heal, I've also noticed I get less hyper pigmentation left over after breakouts when I use this and I think its because the spots are less inflamed and sore. I really do recommend giving this a go.

Pros:

visibly reduced acne.
left skin clear and smooth.
reduced redness.

Cons:

i wear this at night after washing my face, it will go on the pillow if you turn your head. i put a clean towel on my pillow each night. i would recommend doing this anyway for people with acne.

it works for me. i have been using various other products with it. but i see a definate difference since i started using it.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Dry, thick.
Hard to rub in
Did absolutely nothing for me

Used this for a few weeks. It didn't make my acne any worse or any better. Didn't do anything for me in which I was disappointed because i've heard nothing but good reviews from this.

Pros:

Does not irritate my sensitive skin
Cheap
Works very well and fast

Cons:

A bit drying
If you use too much, it leaves a white layer on your skin

I have had (acne) rosacea for a few years now and nothing seemed to work. All prescription topicals were way too harsh for my sensitive skin and oral antibiotics caused too many side effects. After reading so many positive reviews on this site I decided to try Sudocrem. My skin was very bad at that time and I was pretty desperate. I apply the Sudocrem at night, and in the morning I use moisturizer, because the Sudocrem is pretty drying. When I wake up, I have flaky spots were the red bumps used to be. After 1,5 weeks I am starting to see my skin clear up. The redness has subsided and the red bumps are flattening out and fading. I am so happy with the results so far; I am not completely clear, but am hoping for continuing success. I also take 100 mg of a zinc gluconate supplement.

Pros:

It clears away pimples quick, and dries out spots.

Cons:

Leaves a white mark on your face, drys skin out, spots come back.

Its good for small pimples but not acne. Personally i wouldnt use it again.
