Pros:

Helps heal ruptures, reduces redness and eliminates small breakouts.

Cons:

Isn't so effective on cyctic acne, and sometimes causes whiteheads to develop on prexisting red pimples.

This product is cheap, so it's worth a shot. It's also effective as a general antiseptic/anti rash (shaving) cream. I find that it clears small zits near the hairline overnight, but isn't always the best product to put on cystic acne if you don't want the pimple to develop further. Definately reccomend it for light acne, or for certain areas, but not for severe cases. Use it during the healing process after you've defeated the initial breakout. I'm in the healing process at the moment, and am finding it beneficial to reduce redness and scarring.

REMEMBER TO WASH AND DRY FACE BEFORE APPLICATION & AFTER WIPING OFF
I don't have the worst acne but everyday I had red marks/scars/spots on my face and my skin was generally awful and would never properly clear up. I used a thin layer of sudocrem over night on my forehead, washing with warm water and drying before applying. I woke up, wiped it off with a tissue, again washed my face with warm water and saw an unreal difference, I've tried creams/lotions/face washes recommended by doctors and nothing came close to this.

Amazing
Sudocrem is my absolute favourite thing to use on my face. I'm now 17 and have suffered with acne quite badly since I was about 10, but since I've been using it I've noticed a huge difference. I usually lather it all over my face after I've washed and cleansed it before I go to bed, and sometimes if I'm not going anywhere in the day I'll put it on too. It doesn't make spots you already have completely disappear but it takes the swelling and redness down and I've found that I don't tend to break out as much anymore. The only downfall of it is that it can dry your skin out quite a bit, so I used a t zone anti-spot moisturiser after I've taken the sudocrem off and before I put my makeup on :-)

GREAT!
Put a generous amount of this on a pimple and it will reduce very much in size and redness overnight :) Great product and it's pretty cheap too!

Miracle worker
I have been using sudocrem for about 6 or 7 months now and it does work! I apply a think mask on my face and any other part of my body with spots every night. The amount of acne I have is now very little and any breakout doesn't take long to disappear. It also helps reduce the pain and redness some spots may cause. It took me one night to see little changes, but a big improvement requires a few months.

Use on teens
I'm 16 and swear by Sudocrem ever since i started getting spots about 2 years ago. Most of the time i'll leave it on a newly developing spot or area of acne overnight and by the morning it will be gone with clear and healthy looking skin. Its really useful for any skin problem and i have noticed the highest difference out of all the numerous remedies i have tried for spots and acne.

Ive used sudocream for three days now and im 100% telling the truth that my skin is getting awhole lot better, my mum used sudocream when i was a baby and she told me to use it for my acne cause its a great product, i didnt at first want to use it cause my skin is really senstive and most products really do not go well with my skin and only makes matter worse, But i eventually gave in and took the risk and so glad i did. ive tried everything that there is to try and nothing has worked like Sudocream. I also have a clean diet and drink jasmine green tea which is also great for your skin and body, my face isnt fully clear yet but its getting there veryl quickly, i ll post anouther reivew in about 2weeks for update :)

Best product!
Sudocrem is my best beauty secret, I previously had quite bad acne, I visited my GP also he gave a cream which cleared it, but sudocrem worked just as well and helps me maintain my skin, any form of blemish and I fav some sudocrem and it's pretty much unnoticeable the following morning, would definitely recommend!

Pros:

-Seemed to dry active acne.
-Seemed to fade red marks and leave a smooth skin tone.

Cons:

-After applying thickly after work hours and leaving it on for the entirety of the evening and then using duac (BP+ Clindamycin) before going to bed, I found my skin was become a bit too dry.
-Thick, messy and cannot be worn throughout the day... and I wouldn't attempt wearing it at night.

It seemed to fade marks out dry out current/ active acne which is, of course, what anyone wants; new spots to go very quickly and old marks to fade. But when using with nightly applications of BP, my skin seemed too dry. Zinc oxide can also be taken as a tablet, demonstrating an array of benefits. Sudocrem is primarily used for rashes so I don't suspect the ingredients are very harsh- I haven't noticed any. On the other hand, I think it was simply too messy to triumph as a easy, hassle- free acne treatment. Definitely worth a try; it will most likely leave you with uplifting results as mentioned.
