Pros:

Better than some soaps.

Cons:

Contains harmful ingredients.

RESITANCE CONCERNS: An article coauthored by Dr. Stuart Levy in the August 6, 1998 issue of Nature[13] warned that triclosan's overuse could cause resistant strains of bacteria to develop, in much the same way that antibiotic-resistant bacterial strains are emerging, based on speculation that triclosan behaved like an antibiotic. Based on this speculation, in 2003, the Sunday Herald newspaper reported that some UK supermarkets and other retailers were considering phasing out products containing triclosan. Triclosan is the active ingredient for the anti-bacterial aspect of this soap. Please read more about this before you make your decision.

Pros:

there arent any because I hate it

Cons:

makes acne worse, isnt strong enough for my skin, does feel like Im washing my face, and its too expensive for something that doesnt work

Last year I had the longest period of my life, one whole miserable month. I dont mind sharing that; lol. As one would expect with these kind of hormonal changes I experienced severe acne. Why on earth do dermatologists recommend this s***? I used Cetaphil for four months before finally deciding to switch to Neutrogena Fragrance Free Fracial Clenser. This honestly is THE worst stuff in the world for acne. It isnt strong enough, it didnt even feel like I was washing my face, and mild acne turned into severe acne when using this stuff. Its too expensive for something that doesnt even work! I do not recommend this stuff to anyone but particulary people who have acne and rosacea.
