Pros:

leaves your skin feeling clean, makes my skin look lighter but i think that the residue or somethin

Cons:

hard to keep from bacteria unless you have a soap case. And i think the price went up cause of the stupid economy. it use to be $3

It works! I have hyperpegminting skin and after two weeks my skin was CLEAR! of course i still have spots though. Then i stopped using it wanting to try something different cause i'm dumb. Now i'm on tazorac and finacea and i just use the liquid gentle cleanser from cetaphil. Yes my skin is clear with the topicals but the antibacterial soap cleared me up way faster though. So if you don't have money for meds or if your preganant use the bar soap.

Affordable, doesn't dry out my skin like other products, no redness, reduces breakouts

Cons:

Have had mild breakouts here and there.

Good product. I would recommend you at least try it.

Pros:

Cleans well.

Cons:

Way overdrys my skin. I thinbk i have a very mild case of rosacea as well, and the triclosan in this made my face MUCH more red, and i think this irritation made me break out more.

Works ok. Overdrys, and is horrible for people with a little rosacea (redness) such as myself. Well, benzoyl peroxide is also bad for my rosacea, but id tradea little bit of redness for clear skin. (Although i would like both no redness and clear skin :[ )

ok
This is too intense for my rosacea, but works like a charm on the rest of my body.

Does a good job of cleansing without over-drying - no point in triclosan
I used this soap for about half a year. It does a good job of cleaning, although it's drying enough that you'll need to use a moisturizer if you use the soap regularly. I didn't notice any difference in the amount of acne I was getting, unfortunately. I was getting big, painful pustules on a regular basis, so I figured if I had an antibacterial agent in my cleanser, I could kill some of the bacteria that was accumulating on the surface of my skin. Eventually, I stopped using the soap because I was afraid of using triclosan long-term, and after switching to regular Dove soap, my breakouts neither increased nor decreased.

A gentle soap, will keep using it!
Just started using the Cetaphil soap about two months ago, but I've been using the facial cleanser for years because it's the only thing sensitive enough for my skin. Really love this soap because it's not harsh and helps with breakouts. Although it doesn't cure your acne, it helps along with it though.

great cleansing bar
I like this bar as it is very gentle on my skin. My skin reacts to everything that's chemical these days and this one does not make me react or get more pimples from it.

Pros:

Gentle,

Cons:

Bars are inconvenient (I bought a travel container).

I love Cetaphil. It has a pleasant frangrance, it suds up well and rinses off so good that my skin feels so clean and refreshed. Cetaphil effectively cleans my skin and cleared up my blackheads too. It is very gentle and did not dry out my skin like I thought it would.

Pros:

It quickly stops all of the inflamed areas, it soothes your skin, it's cheap

Cons:

it doesn't really do much for the stubborn whiteheads that aren't inflamed, it has some fragrance

I love this soap..and it has been helping me maintain a type of skin that isn't perfect, but i casn go out in public..but it has been doing really great considering i haven't been using any medication..al i use in the soap..so when i finally choose what topical treatment i can use i'm sure it will work wonders..=]
