Pros:

Noticed a difference within a 24 hour period after using twice a day.

Cons:

Have to combine with either 2.5% benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid scrub, or potent multivitamins AND wear loose clothing.

I have cysts on my chest and face. I see them going down. Just combine with a topical gel(benzoyl by neutrogena) or a antibiotic for fast results.

Pros:

Gentle enough for sensitive skin, clears up blemishes quickly

Cons:

Bar form isn't great; would prefer a liquid.

I'm 23 and have never had much trouble with my skin until recently. I have sensitive skin, and had developed a small patch of acne cysts on my chin unlike any blemishes I had ever had before. I was also breaking out on my cheeks quite a bit. I had tried several other products (Neutrogena, Proactive, etc.), but it wasn't until I started using Cetaphil antibacterial that it started clearing up. I combine it with 0.5% salicylic acid, and my skin literally started clearing up overnight. This is a great product overall; the only downside to it is that it only comes in bar form, and my preference is for a liquid.

Pros:

Gentle
No scent
Cleans my skin
Doesn't leave my skin feeling dry

Cons:

Doesn't completely get rid of makeup

I was going through a rough winter with dry skin and I needed something that would gently cleanse my face, but not dry it out. This worked great. It didn't make me break out, but didn't help with my acne either. It just help prevent new pimples from forming.

Pros:

made my skin smooth and non greasy and seemed like the bumps were not that visible on my legs

Cons:

it made my skin really sticky and i had to keep washing my hands after i applied my mosterizer

It made my skin really sticky but im going to continiue to try the product out and see if the stickiness is worth it... but for a bar of soap.. its too expensive
