Pros:

improves skin texture through gentle chemical exfoliation, moisturizing

Cons:

increases sun sensitivity, may irritate skin, online only, expensive shipping cost, has not faded red/dark spots

I've used this regularly for at least three months, morning and night, immediately after cleansing. I use less than a dime size amount, concentrating on applying the product to my problem areas, then I smooth the excess onto the rest of my face, until the product is nearly absorbed into my skin. I then apply sunscreen, then my foundation. I have not experienced a significant change in my dark spots, but I have noticed a great difference in my skin texture. It's very smooth and soft, and my breakouts don't last as long as they used to, though I still get a few monster zits that hang around for more than a week or two, usually during my cycle. This is a great moisturizer, and I find it just as effective as BP in treating my acne. It was recommended to my by my best friend. She was able to fade her red marks after a month of regular use. I don't seem to be as fortunate, but I would still recommend for gentle chemical exfoliation.

Pros:

works quickly on body acne!
absorbs quickly into skin and can be used on body and on face. a little goes a long way. No side effects that make things worse!

Cons:

can sting a little and can be drying if you use way too much (just be smart about it!)

This is the only product that has ever *completely* cleared my body acne. It's a miracle. I've suffered for years (and have the scars to prove it!) and a week into daily treatment with just this product, my skin was smooth. I use this every day after my shower, and for about 2 months, I've been bump free. My upper back, chest and shoulders were awful, and as a girl, that's really hard. Thank you for this product!!

Pros:

Evens out skin, and fades away the leftover marks and spots from previous acne. Makes the skin really soft and smooth. Often helps in taking away pimples (spot treatment), blackheads, and small scars. GREAT STUFF!

Cons:

It smells pretty bad, but I don't really mind that. It may sting a bit, and sometimes makes my skin a bit red.

And like all of Dan's other products, the main con for me is that it is only available online; the shipping cost and the waiting is quite troublesome for me.

Really, really great stuff. It is almost as important to me as the BP, but I wouldn't use it everyday, because it can irritate the skin a bit. I've seen such a huge improvement in the texture/ colour of my skin since using the AHA+, and my skin has become oh-so-much softer. I highly recommend everyone to buy this product.

Pros:

Works well on my body.

Cons:

Did little on my face.

It's worth it to use this AHA on the body rather than the face. For me, it did not work too well.

Pros:

smooth out skin, makes your skin baby soft after using it consistently for a few days. smells kind of good. Good exfoliator for blackheads.

Cons:

I have not seen a dramatic change in brown spots, considering I have used it for a month. did not do anything to whiteheads that I have had for long time.

overall, It is something everyone should at least have in their bathroom. it is good for occasional treatments. I wouldn't recommend to use it daily since it is kind of harsh on kind. if you are looking for a AHA natural alternative: try Apple Cider Vinegar, only in organic form though! use it as a toner or drink it daily, works great!

Pros:

Nice consistency,spreads easily.Exfoliates well

Cons:

A bit drying and irritates my skin if used more than once a day

It could use some more soothing ingredients like Aloe in it as it is a bit harsh on Sensitive skin. It does it's job but there are others out there that don't irritate so much

Pros:

combats dryness and flakyness!!, makes skin very soft.

Cons:

smells a little funny and tastes foul if u get it on your lips by accident.

when i first started using it my skin purged and i had a few spots. but after 2 days, it calmed down. i now have very soft, no flaking or dryness. i still get odd spots but it has deffinatly helped. espesh if your using BP. overall, if you want a fantastic moisturisor without clogging pores. this is the one!!

Cons:

None, I love this stuff

Pros:

Smoothes skin, improves texture and color, makes pores look smaller, helps fade marks.

Cons:

consistence and smell are not perfect, but you get used to it easily enough.

I have been using this product as a mosturizer after BP for the last 4 days. My skin feels so nice and smooth as it hasn't been for years. Even though I am on BP for several months, skin peeling was always a problem. Since I started on AHA there is no further peeling or irritation. I love this product. I am starting today on my back and I'm looking forward to the results!

Pros:

Huge tube...so much cheaper than Alpha Hydrox. No sticky after feel like Alpha Hydrox oil free has. Super smooth under mineral make-up.

Cons:

Faint smell...can't pin point what it is but it's temporary and not bad at all.

I ordered the whole regimine after pricing out what I was paying for OTC products. So much cheaper but I wanted to wait and see if the program would work for me before I ordered because I have done Proactive, Dermatologist recommended stuff and Rx's including very expensive $175 a tube gel that did exactly nothing. I think ProActive is just too harsh between the BP cleanser, astringent toner and BP treatment. I had immediate results at first but than my face just got irritated. So far the super gentle cleanser approach of this program is working well. I found that you need to follow the directions to the letter to avoid irritation...10 seconds to wash, no wash cloth, wait in between products, etc. etc. and do not forget to use a moisturizer.
