Blisters and more spots!!!
I don't usually get many breakouts but on this occasion I felt it necessary to buy something for the spots that were dotted around my chin, forehead, jaw line, and either side of my nose (not on my nose). After using the treatment gel for only 2 days, my skin was breaking our even more and in clusters around the treated areas, my already existing spots were now irritated and itchy and one side of my nose has actually blistered! I am absolutely devastated that my face looks far worse than ever before. I wish I'd have read the comments on this site before actually buying the toxic product. Off to buy some tea tree and aloe vera to see if I can rectify the damage done! Doesn't deserve any stars.

Best drugstore topical I have used atleast
I find this product works on minor pimples. Like applying to a popped white head or one that hasn't came to a head yet to speed up the process. I have been applying it to a small cyst for over a month now and it is getting smaller slowly, but obviously nothing impressive since it's been over a month with the same spot. However I do find scabbing, after a day or two of use it will nearly turn a spot into a burn and then peel off entirely if that makes sense.

does a pretty good job
I bought this because a friend told me it worked for her. I didn't use it with any other facewash or anything because i wanted to see the true results. On its own it was able to do its job and actually reduced the size of many of my pimples. Honestly though it didn't make them go away completly so in the end i finished it off but never bought a second one.

Not very effective
This worked when I used it on tiny pimples that were just emerging but it didn't do much for already formed pimples. The gel balled up when other products were used after it.

Did nothing other than make me look like I was peeling.
I used to use this before I went to sleep to try to reduce spot size. I'm not sure if it worked to be honest. Since trying retin a for two months (and failing) this product now breaks me out further. It smells very chemical-like, almost like it's going to burn a little. It does burn and that's about all it did for me. I also tried thei overnight gel? It's in the same silver packaging and is meant for all over the face in a larger bottle and this not only broke me out but also gave my an allergic reaction.

Didn't work.
I have oily skin with moderate/severe acne. A yearish ago, I used this a few times a week as a spot treatment on pimples for almost a year and it didn't shrink my pimples or anything.

didnt work
Honestly, this product did work for a little bit but after a while it quite working. It doesn't clear up acne or any thing the product claims to do. I do not recommend this to anyone. It's just not worth the buy.

Pros:

-works effectively
-diminishes the breakout in 1-2 days
-good for little breakouts

Cons:

-stings a little, but nothing unbearable
-if you try using another product on top, it flakes so do your normal skincare before the spot treatment

Great product for a drugstore product. Definitely recommend this to anyone with light/minimal acne, for cystic acne, you might need something stronger.

Pros:

it good product
clears up acne and it's scars
has salysilic acid and that is known to help and prevent breakouts

Cons:

none honestly
wont work on sever acne

i love this product i re-bought it many times completely honest the bottom line is this is known to help acne and prevent it what i do with this is apply it all over my face and keep using it to prevent acne and honestly who likes acne i better prevent it then not so i would recommend it to use it all over the face and if you have sever acne this may not work for you this will only work for people with light and moderate acne and also since salysilic acid is fruit bashed acids it may not work for sever acne you may need benzil peroxide or how ever you spell that and that it putting oxygen and pushing your pimple out to a head. however when i break out alto sometimes occasionally i would aging use it all over my face it helps me .every one is different
