Pros:

None for me but the refining mask helped my dark circles...

Cons:

It made my skin more oily than ever. It aggravated my acne that it became a nasty cluster. Acne was always red and itchy. It was time consuming.

Expensive. It didn't work. It doesn't appear to work on african american skin. I'm only half and it did nothing for me. They build this product to something amazing, it only made what was moderate acne become severe for me. It didn't work for my oily skin, doesn't work for my friends with dry skin this product just doesn't work for many people. After I stopped using this and switched products, my acne got under control again.

Made my skin a tight dry mess! I am 40 years old and after using this for a week, it made my skin really tight and dry and seems to have aged my skin

I had used this product 10 years ago, and it seemed to work. I don't know if this has something to do with age, but the product is horrible to my skin now. I'm African American and I need an acne treatment that will moisturize my skin, not dry it out. I wont be able to stand another day with using this product, even with the green tea moisturizer my skin is still extremely dry after use.

makes skin worse then before

Cons:

makes skin reddish, having itchy n burning sensation,after using skin gets rough and hard.got lots of tiny watery bolls on my face

i have just used this products thrice time and my face turning into red and im having burning sensation i have lots of tiny bolls everywhere on my face,im just not at all happy with this products its was just disaster on my face...pls do not try to use it..the cleanser contains scrub it makes pimply skin more worse...

I was really excited to try it, what with the convincing ads and all. I mean, if Jessica Simpson says it work, it must! Well, I got some, and it did nothing. Trust me, I REALLY wanted it to work but... no luck.

Price, too many steps, ruins skin

I used Proactiv Solutions for about 5 months...it ruined my skin. I thought it helped the first few times I used it WRONG after about 3 days my face turned bright red, skin was very tight, it felt like it was on fire then my skin started peeling off. I called their customer service and I did exactly what they told me to...it didn't help. It took about 6 months for my face to recover. Please save your face the pain don't try it.

Pros:

cleared my skin at first, costumer service was AMAZING they were so nice!!

Cons:

After a while it just stopped working.It always dried out my skin.Got new breakouts and the refining mask did not dry out any zits my skin looked ashy when i appplyed more to see if it would dry out my zits but not really..

Don't get it its very drying and makes your skin look ashy, even if you use a bit.

DOES NOT WORK.
MAKES SKIN DRY, BUT DOES NOT CLEAR ACNE.
VERY EXPENSIVE!

Do not buy this product! The customer service was very rude and unhelpful, and the product simply DID NOT work. WASTE OF MONEY!

I have nothing good to say about this product or the customer service. Extreme waste of money!

Cons:

The products were extremely harsh. Adding to the acne with drying and irritation. There was no option available for customization of the order/products and not until I cancelled was I given the option of a "gentle line". Two months after cancellation I've now been offered to come back at less than 1/2 the price, with no shipping charges and full customization. Funny that wasn't offered from the beginning.

Do not use unless you are looking to damage your skin at excessive pricing!

Cons:

makes my skin dry.. and made my acne even worse and i used it for 2 months!!!!!!

dont buy it unless you like dry skin!!!
