Pros:

worked somewhat

Cons:

Impossible to cancel. Finally thought i had it canceled & then was billed again 28 days later. Actual conversation online:
Proactiv: Your shipment went out on 7/6 before you canceled and there are three billings associated with that kit. You have paid 2 and there's one remaining of 29.95.
You: so am i receiving more product?
Proactiv: No you don't
You: so 30 days later, proactive just bills me another $30?
Proactiv: 28 days,but yes this is correct.
Customer service were idio

Pros:

Works for the first week
Controlled my oily skin

Cons:

Smelled really chemicially...
Didn't work after the first week
Severe dryness (which I don't mind if it cleared my acne, but it didn't, so my makeup flaked off)
Pretty expensive
Horrible customer service
Made my acne worse
Made my acne SUPER red
Left scarring

Oh, Lord, please don't get this! I have pale skin, and it made it so red and so dry and just awful! My skin isn't sensitive at all, but this made it painful to the touch. It made my acne worse and... ugh. Just awful. It left scars, and didn't work AT ALL after the first week or so. And when I tried to return it, the people there were so rude! Just don't get it. My skin was horrible. I'm off it now, and my skin is starting to look a little better. I wish I never ordered this. Save your money.

This company rips you off! They have taken hundreds of dollars from me for no reason!!! And I can't seem to get my money back.

NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT! If I could rate them a 0 I would.

Pros:

Lessen redness

Cons:

Didnt get rid or my Acne at all
Drys skin

I didn't take photos well using this product,but I remember it not working at all and my face was so dry I just stopped using it! A month after stoping use I got a email saying my batch was defectied I was so fed up with the product I didn't get my free one that had all the ingredients in it "/

Pros:

I like the toner and repair on their own. The toner acts well to moisturise

Cons:

I used this product for 8 weeks and during this period I had the worst acne of my life. I just though it was getting all the stuff out from deep in my pores and they say it takes 6 weeks. I current haven't used it in around three months and have no pimples but it has left me with minor scars. Plus the customer service was one of the worst I have ever dealt with.

I am a male in my early 20s and if your the same skin type as me, I recommend avoiding it. However it's not a bad idea to attempt it because it must work for some people otherwise it would not be so popular. I worked out that it comes to $1 per day. Now I just use Brevoxyl, which cost $15 every three months and has left me without pimples and I can't be happier

Pros:

umm...? Not many

Cons:

Made my acne progressively worse
Ultimately gave me cystic acne
Made me even oiler than I already was. People could almost see their reflections in my forehead. No sarcasm intended.

Proactiv is waaaaay to harsh for sensitive skin. Not only would I not recommend Proactiv for sensitive skin, I also would not reccommend it for skin of color either.

poor customer service,product doesn't work.my son's acne actually got [link removed]pany continues to hammer your credit card after you cancel.

I actually had to cancel my credit card to stop them from billing my card.

Cons:

- Makes acne MUCH worse than before
- Dries out skin
- Toner stings like crazy
- Makes skin BRIGHT red
- Getting a refund is impossible
- They charge you monthly without you knowing

My mom bought me this when I was fourteen and I used it for about a month. It caused me to break out HORRIBLY and it made my skin bright red! It was also painful to smile or to touch my face. Also, BEWARE that this company will charge you a fee every month after you get the trial version. It takes FOREVER to get your money back and customer service is AWFUL.

I like the smell of the product

Cons:

The cons of this product is that it did not work at all for me. As a matter of fact my acne became worse. I know you should wait 3 months when using a product to see improvement. I waited 10 months and things just got worse and worse. I used the product EXACTLY as they told me to. Also they include free skin clearing vitamins. Not free at all come month 2 I was auto enrolled in the vitamin program and they debited my bank account $60 every month for those vitamins and it was a pain to cancel.

I would never order from this company ever again. Not only was the product a joke so was their customer service. I am not a ATM and that is the way they treated me. Also when I was finally able to cancel my account, I was told Proactiv is used to keep CLEAR SKIN CLEAR NOT TO CLEAR CURRENT ACNE!!!! Where is that statement on T.V. and Website?

The Green Tea Moisturizer

Cons:

very rough
gave me more acne
expensive
horrible customer service

I get a few pimples here and there, and every time I use Proactive I either break out even more or it doesnt do anything.
