Pros:

Very consistant with shipping product! Packaging looks nice!

Cons:

The stuff does not work. They over charge for their product.

They give you false hope. Leading you on.... oh it will work over time. It did not work, it was too expensive and when you call to complain ....oh we have another type that is stronger ....for more money...of course! Well why did'nt they suggest that 6 months earlier when I called in with concerns? I suggest if you have bad acne to go to a dermatlogist and get something that works.

Pros:

If your face is oily, it will definitely dry it out.

Cons:

It dries out your face REALLY bad. It left my face looking more red, irritated and blotchy than before. I still have the acne, too.

I used this product twice a day for 6 months. All it did was dry out my skin to the point that it cracked and bled. Even moisturizer didn't help. I used the mask maybe once a week, so I don't know if that was causing it to dry out as bad as it did, but either way, it was a waste of money for me.

Pros:

The Green Tea Moisturizer is pretty good.

Cons:

It dried out my skin SO horribly. I suspect what did it was either the toner or the Repairing Mask. It didn't work at all. It made my skin much worse, and I only broke out on my forehead before using it, and it caused me to break out elsewhere.

It sucks. It's so bad. It doesn't work on more severe acne, and I imagine if you just had light acne, you'd have your skin horribly dried out and ruined. Don't use it! Instead use Burt's Bees! It works miracles!

Pros:

It's easy to use, and works SOMETIMES

Cons:

It dries out my skin, It's not worth what you pay, It's harsh on sensitive skin, it seems to not work during the summer, and makes my skin even oilier!

...It sucks. My opinion is, since i'm a teenager, is that it doesn't work for us. I've read some reviews on here, and it seems to work for older people. It may work for them, but not for teenagers...

Cons:

flaky and dry

not for people with moderate to sever acne

Pros:

it makes ur skin soft

Cons:

causes scaring and often leaves red marks that can last up to 3 years. the red marks are almost guarenteed if you have more than moderate acne. only works on light acne
incredibly expensive

good for light acne, but severe acne ALWAYS gets more and more eritated. and i have like half my school is useing this so i know this to be fact. i recommend just getting acne soap and a 5% BP that you put derectly on the zit, and keep hair out of ur face thats how i got rid of mine. but proactiv doubled my acne in a matter of days

Pros:

Acne when appeared remained in a group on one side of face. Slight smell; but not unbearable. For a week i had no new acne. Skin becoming slightly clearer. Noticed slightly smoother skin. The mask is the best product in the kit!

Cons:

Did burn parts of face; mainly chin area. So decided to avoid usage there. When acne appeared it appeared in huge clusters at one side of face mainly around forehead/ear area. Far too expensive. Automated pay system is a real pain to cancel.

Automated system is a huge pain; no one picked up the phone when calling to cancel; email is the best way to go! Is quite expensive!! Using kit for two weeks now and i feel there are better products out there for moderate-severe acne sufferers. If this doesn't work for you (i.e. skin becoming greasy; try the Olay Dermo kit). The proactive smell is annoying but not dreadful. Best to share a kit (share the costs) with a friend and decide whether it works for you. Again; its is disgustingly expensive!! I wouldn't recommend to those with sensitive skin/eczema. This product works best on those with red acne scars and not those that suffer from black heads and what-not
