Pros:

It charged exactly what it was worth, 20$, which does not pay for quality.

Cons:

dried out skin, used all the same ingredents and 5$ acne systems. never worked.

they are con artists. and fyi so is skin id, so dont get that ether they also use the same regular ingredients, except they charged for survey. And dont let the beads in proactive fool you guys because any 1$ ance system with beads in it can make your skin feel smooth. Try ancetix, its a litte more expensive, but its worth it. ProActive, I was NOT impressed.

Pros:

Absolutely None

Cons:

Worked well for a few months, then irritated my skin so it broke out even worse

I had many people tell me to try Proactiv (I think just because everybody had seen the commercials!!) It worked great for about 2 months and then began to irritate my skin that it was literally painful to even wash my face with the cleanser. At this point my skin also began to break out worse than it ever had before... even before beginning the system. I do not recommend this product.

Pros:

Seems to make my skin feel clean.

Cons:

Expensive. Still breaking out.

I purchased the trial version of the product about 3 weeks ago. I think my acne may be getting worse! I used it 2-3 times a day and still have not really seen any improvement. After about 3-24 days of using it, I thought that I saw some slight improvement... but my skin went back to normal again.

Pros:

reduces redness.

Cons:

-dries out skin
-does not get rid of acne
-over priced, tiny bottles, false advertising.

This medication is a rip off. it does not get rid of your acne, the bottles are so tiny, and it dries your skin out big time.

Pros:

Works OK

Cons:

Will not completely get rid of your acne, can dry out skin, the popular 3-step system that they advertise doesn't even contain moisturizer, price ($40 for the 3-pack)

I have been using Proactiv for nearly a year now. It worked pretty well at first. I felt very confident and it was the first time in recent years I could happily leave the house without makeup. However, it was not at all consistent. I still had regular breakouts, just not quite as bad as before. It's a bit pricey - $40 for a supposed 2-month supply. It never lasts that long. The 3-pack does not even contain a moisturizer, I don't know how much more that would cost but you DO need one. I used Oil of Olay Beauty Fluid. If you are a female, it does nothing to prevent the acne you always seem to get during your period. A year later, I have 4 bad pimples on my face and am considering switching to another product.

Pros:

Your skin LOOKS a little better for a few seconds right after using the cleanser.
It does work.... EVENTUALLY...and prevents Big pimples

Cons:

It dried out my skin like crazy! i had a whole layer of skin peel off!!
If you stop, even just one day, you get 10 times as many pimples as you did before!
It tightens your skin on your face so it feels weird to move your mouth for a few minut

It works OK. I would recommend it for someone with extreme acne, but if you get 2 or 3 pimples like i used to get, don't bother. it will probably just damage your skin more than do anything good to it. It also does NOTHING about hormonal pimples,,,, you know ladies, those we get about once a month. NADA!

Pros:

it works for the first couple of weeks.

Cons:

flaky, dry skin; burning when toner is applied
toner smells weird. when i used proactiv i got a few cysts which were not noticeable but i felt them under my skin.. ive never had cysts before using proactiv. a bad con. now that im off, i dont get t

at first, it worked. i truly thought it was different from other cleansers. i was really happy in the first two-three weeks that i used it. my acne cleared up, my acne scars were gone, and the only problem was that my skin FELT in pain even tho it looked good. it was so dry that i couldnt fully open up my mouth. but i endured cuhz i was that desperate for clear skin. but then after a month and a half to two months of use, my skin had endured it. new pimples came. i got used to it sadly. i have oily skin and usually get pus-filled red pimples if that helps all you people out there. it didnt work for me. hopefully itll work for you cuhz everyone is different.

Pros:

Works at first, clears pimples fast

Cons:

Dries skin horribly, extremely dry skin creates breakouts, extremely overpriced, stops working over time.

At first couple of uses, proactiv works, however, as time goes by, it starts to fade and your skin gets worse and worse and worse. The cleanser and refining mask dry out your skin like crazy due to heavy amounts of sulfur and peroxide. Dry skin creates more and more breakouts while current breakouts heal very slowly. The refining mask that you put on trouble spots clears acne but leaves horrible brown spots and hyper-pigmentation. people with extremely oily skin, this is for you. but if you dont have oil dripping off of your skin, dont use this.

Cons:

Everything!! It is expensive, smells bad, burns your skin and doesn't really work!

I was very disappointed in this product. I thought that it would work (especially because it is so expensive) but it really didn't. I ended up with about the same amount of acne but with more oily skin. The mask smells horrible (sulfer) and the smell doesn't go away even after you wash your face. After you first purchase the product you automatically have new shipments sent to you (paid for out of your bank account). It also burns like nothing else the first couple times you use it (i tried to get my boyfriend to put a little on his face to see if it burned him too but he refused).

Cons:

It made my face worse for a few weeks, but then it cleared a little, but only stayed that way for a week or so.

Proactiv is NOT something that worked for me... try something else!
