Pros:

The product never irritates my skin and it keeps my face clear and acne-fee. Also, I love their green tea moisturizer--its light-weight, feels refreshing, and smells great!Along with the cleanser, toner, and repairing lotion, I also highly suggest t

Cons:

Yes, the product will bleach wash cloths, towels, and even your bedsheets, which I agree is annoying. However, the instructions CLEARLY warn of this (please read people). Most prescription acne cleansers and medications also bleach fabrics.

I have been using Proactive for 3 years now and I love the product! I use proactive twice a day, my skin is acne free, and is never irritated. I had been going to dermatologists (I tried several) for 6 years before trying proactive. ALL of the face cleansers and medicated creams given to me by dermatologists would always make my face burn and my skin was constantly dry and peeling--yet I STILL had bad, embarrassing acne. I was even taking prescription antibiotics daily for acne as well. On a whim, I quit all of my dermatologist crap, began proactive, and got results immediately. (And it was painless!) I owe my confidence to Proactive. Do be aware, Proactive is a prescription strenth product for people with really bad acne--if you just a few zits, buy something cheaper and gentler. (Proactive does not cause scaring. Acne causes scaring. If you have an extreme case of acne, your face may already be scared, but you will only be able to see the scares once the acne

Pros:

NONE!

Cons:

Where do I begin? Everything about this product is a con. It's EXPENSIVE, DOES NOT WORK, MAKES ACNE WORSE, and the PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE TOTAL IDIOTS! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!

I used Proactiv b/c I was at my last resort. After 6 months of use, my face was exploding w/ pimples, red, & blotchy! WAY worse then before I started. I tried calling the company & the people would always tell me something different- "You're not using enough." "You're using too much." etc. They always recommended the same thing though- keep buying the product. YEAH RIGHT! Proactiv is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Pros:

This product offers temporary solutions.

Cons:

This appears to be a gimmick in order to increase trips to dermatologists. Stay away...

Pros:

great commercial

Cons:

doesn't work

I never had acne, until I turned about 25. It started midly so I figured I'd just use Proactiv b/c their commercial was very convincing. It worked for the first year, then BAM.....stopped working. I continued with the system just like I had for the previous year, but it just doesn't work anymore. My skin is horrible now. I do not recommend this product at all. It is too expensive and doesn't work for the long run.

Cons:

My face was dry and the toner was irritating.

It cleared up some of my acne but then it would make me break out every so often. It didn't really cleared up my skin as i was hoping it would. To me it wasn't very helpful but maybe to some.

Pros:

the little beads in the face wash make your face feel smooth at first.

Cons:

I didnt have bad acne when i started using it. I just wanted to make sure that I never would get bad acne. Well I ended getting pimples on my face that turned into sores and then left scarring. The scars are now turning into pits on my face.

Dont use this product if you have sensitive skin or think you might have sensitive skin. You will regret it. I'm worse off now than i was when i started the treatment. I have a friend that has bad acne and it also made it even worse. Can you imagine how she feels now after using the "miracle treatment"

Pros:

It works! Cleared up my acne in the first couple weeks!!

Cons:

None so far except if you don't use mosturizer it dries up your skin.

Works very well if you have mild acne. At first it brings the acne to the surface but that is only for about a week-two weeks. After that all my acne cleared up and i feel great about myself!!

Pros:

It makes the texture of my skin smoother and it's not as drying as some prescription medications.

Cons:

It burns my skin and, although it has made my skin softer, it hasn't really helped with the breakouts.

If you have mild acne (like a few pimples here and there) then this product will work for you, but those with more severe acne will require something stronger such as a prescription cream, antibiotics, or birth control (for ladies only)...
