Pros:

Clears up pimples in a matter of a day or two.

Cons:

I didn't find it earlier in my life.

I have been using Acnomel since 1983. It is by far the most effective acne medication I have ever used. The price is affordable and I would highly reccommend this product.

Pros:

I just started using this product and I find it's great! I find it a lot less irritating than BP, and much more effective. If you use a moisturizer it's a lot milder on my skin.

Cons:

It's a bit smelly, but not at a point that I feel others can smell it on me, haha!

I will definitely use this product regularly.

Pros:

I am 44. I had serious acne in my teens and early 20's I went to the dermo and used everything except acutaine. Nothing every really worked...except acnomel. I no longer suffer from acne, but now my 14 year old uses it.

Cons:

Really none. It always made my face feel cleaner and tighter and I liked that it was flesh colored.

This is the best thing I have tried for acne. I brought my daughter to a dermo in the for a sudden flair up with acne, and $110 dollars in prescription gels/ointments later (that's after insurance), she still prefers the acnomel like her mom.

Pros:

it is effective to a degree, shrinks the acne and redness becomes pink in one day, doesn't contain benzoyl peroxide

Cons:

unable to keep shrinked acne from growing again so must be used everyday, smells, dries up your skin but product doesn't not come with precise information on whether to use moisturizers or toners

for me, its a product that didn't cause damage to the skin other than dryness which can be overcome, which is a very useful factor because i have very sensitive skin. It's medium effectiveness means serious acne prone people will want to look at more effective creams but for something over the counter, what more can u ask for?

Pros:

I have used acnomel for many years. Having had extremely bad acne into adulthood. I discovered it when I was about 30 years old. My sons have used it and I have recommended it to many people who have had much success. Moisturizing is a must.

I am an Aesthetician and I recommend this product to anyone suffering with acne. I will clear up pimples in a day or two. It is fantastic. Toner and moisturizers are a very important part of skincare regimen. My sons swear by it they apply it as soon as a pimple shows and it clears them within a day. Experiment with it all skins types are different and it can dry some more than others. Best acne product available.

Pros:

Saw positive result RIGHT AWAY! Texture/smell is like a clay mask, not bothersome. I exper no irritation, no inflammation; bottom line, I've never used anything as effective in 30 years of acne product use. $10/tube, well worth a try.

Cons:

Tinted color makes it most practical to use at night, but I just learned that there is a non-tinted variety.

If you suffer with breakouts that you can't manage, try this, definitely. I'm 40, having struggled with pimples since puberty- just stumbled upon this stuff, and my skin has never looked better.

Pros:

I could feel a PMS pimple coming up underneath my skin (chin area). I went to bed and put this on and the next morning it came to a full head. I extacted the contents and it healed right away.

It draws the "gunk" out of the pore and heals the skin.

Pros:

This a tinted cream, kind of a medium tone. It blends in well. I tried it because it is not Benzol based- which I am allergic to.

Cons:

I really doesn't work very well at all. Not sure if it worked for me at all, the other available adult over-the-counter creams work much better.

Buy somthing else.
