EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

This was the worst product I have ever used, make me break out like never before with a vengence. Turned my spots into deep blisters. Has taken months to get skin back to normal and now have scars. Also, this is scary stuff. Look at the cosmetics database website, it gives the kit a 9 out of 10 in terms of harzards of ingredients.

Broke my face out even more. This product is horrible. I thought for the price it would work, I was wrong! I got very large painful acne after using this product for 5 weeks. I got proactiv and it is finally clearing up.

Don't waste your money.

The first couple of days are fine..

and then your face explodes into severe, painful, cystic acne the like of which you have not seen before. and to think about how much you paid to have your face this destroyed... it is so depressing. i really wish i had read these reviews before.

this product will thoroughly damage your skin. it did mine, to the degree i am self-conscious at work and hope i don't run into anyone i know while i'm out. please save your money and self-esteem and try something else.

Causes EXTREME irritation and drying of the skin. Causes little red (blood filled) bumps around mouth. Causes MORE acne!

So I have mild acne-I get maybe 2-4 pimples a month typically. Since I went off my birth control I have been having there horrible breakouts, so I went online looking for a good spot treatment gel and stumbled upon Murad on amazon. I read the first page of feedback and they were all very positive. I went to the mall and bought the spot treatment on Saturday and tried it out. The next day my face was burning, itching, and covered in little red bumps. Now I am using burt's bee's and tea tree oil to calm my skin down-this happened after ONE treatment! Don't buy this product it will destroy your face. Why would you by a product that only works for 10% of people, with the majority breaking out worse. Use gentle cleansers, tea tree oil, and on occasion Borghese fango active mud-that stuff works!

This is THE worst product I have EVER used. I was so excited to get it for christmas. Then I used it and my skin got SO MUCH WORSE. I used it for a month and a half thinking it would get better but it didn't. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

Pros:

My skin felt pretty good, not as dry.

Cons:

The product flat out tells you, this product will make your skin purge. It claims it will purge your skin, but then clear it up. All in the matter of 30 days. Heres what really happens, you spend a significant amount of time putting all these products on your face, advised that while using Murad, dont even touch ANY other brand, so i was unable to use my regular Clean and Clear cleanser. So i was strictly using these products for around 30 days, all it did was purge the hell out of my skin.

Murad uses ingrediants that department stores do not use, which explains the expense. However these ingrediants prove to be very inneffective.
