Pros:

shiny packages, auto-pay, infomercial inspires me to wash my face

Cons:

burning of the skin, reptile face, puss land mines have been left behind by this evil army of capitalism.

There is a cure for acne,just like cancer, but the rich swine have found it more profitable to sell rubbish that preys on our insecurities. The burn from this product comes from the high content level of mind control serum. FTW, wear your pimples with pride!

Pros:

Moisturizer is good if you have dry skin.

Cons:

Everything has a smell to it. Moisturizer will look greasy on you if you have regular skin. Spot Treater sucks and doesn't work at all. Acne Gel leaves skin looking wet/greasy. High Price, especially if you use a new kit every month.

Overall it doesn't work at all. The first month or so it looked like it was working, but then it trailed off so badly that I was left with greasy, red, acne filled skin, along with a good bit of cystic acne. All the "success" stories are lies. I think the problem is the system itself. Salicylic Acid breaks down your pores in a way to prevent clogging. A gel cant do this effectively, you are better off using Stridex pads for that. Also, it doesn't kill bacteria, the other clogging agent that causes acne. So it results in a system that is doomed from the start. I am now on Dans regimen, but sort of my own version. I use Clean & Clear Foaming Oil Free Cleanser, Dan's BP Gel, and Complex 15 Moisturizing Face Cream, and my skin is the clearest it has been in years! The only problem I am currently having is since we just hit winter my skin is drying out a bit and peeling at nights after taking a shower.

no one should be lured into the false advertisement! This product didn't work for me at all!!!

Pros:

Smelled good. Minty, fragrance. Packaging, very sleek & tiny.

Cons:

Treatment Gel. The worst product in that package. Do not use that product! made my skin worse than ever!

Overall, my fave products in Murad were the Cleanser & Moisturizer. THe Acne treatments were horrible. After my face broke out horribly, I cut down to just the cleanser & moisturizer.. it helped a bit. But face was already damaged from Murad.

IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL !!! stay away from this

after using it for 1 week, my face was RED AS A TOMATO , boy, that was horrible, my face was peeling, burning and itching like crazy, i looked terrible, then i went to the dermatologist and he told me murad had damaged my skin , the acid it has damaged my skin. Plus, the exfoliating cream burns like CRAZY ITS horrible. the refining mask is way cool tho Now im using differin, its much better than murad, but it might not work for you either, so just be aware of what you use and youll be alright. MURAD SUCKS!! ugh... why did i even bother

Pros:

It felt nice on the skin and you don't need a lot. The first few days using murad perfecting lotion, it dried up pimples that i felt were forming.

Cons:

After a week usage, my skin started to get worse than EVER! I had bumps forming on my forehead and large pimples forming on my cheeks, jawline and neck, which rarely ever happen.

I thought it would help but it didn't! My skin hasn't been this bad since purity. I thought the bumps and pimples were just part of the purging stage but my skin never got better and now is worse than when i started. Its been a week now since i stopped using it and my skin is still feeling the effects and the scars left behind. I read reviews beforehand, good and bad, but thought it may work for me - IT DIDN'T. I wish i had listened to the warnings people put up. I'm letting you know now. DON'T USE IT!!!!! Proactive is much much more effective.

I started using this medicine to clear up a few acne spots. It worked for the first week or two and Ihave been using for almost two months and my face looks even worse now than it did before I ever started this product.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! I wish I would have read all these reviews before I bought this. Trust me, my breakouts now are painful and a lot worse than before. I do NOT recommend this MURAD acne complex product what so ever!

Pros:

At first it really started to clear up my skin and looked great

Cons:

after the second week, I started breaking out extremely bad, all over my chin, cheeks and extremely bad on my neck and neck line.. Worse than I have ever had before.

after reading reviews, I am not sure if I should give it another week or so, or return the product since Sephora backs it up supposedly. I am 29, and should not be breaking out, it is to the point where I am embarrassed to leave my house! I had mild acne before, not too bad, an used to have incredible skin, and now it is very red and irritated and very painful. I am not sure if I recommend this product. My skin is very sensitive, but it seems like a lot of other people are having the same problems I am having. I know your skin gets worse before it gets better, but this is ridiculous.

It made my face worst. If u have an oily skin this product is not for u....Very pricy and did not give me any GOOD results.

Pros:

first day- used it and it's nice, make my face feel clean
it's only been 3 days and will continue to fight until it's 4 weeks

Cons:

2nd day- something strange on my face-purging_F*** horrible, make me feel like i'm not cleaning my face!!!
3rd day- every steps stung my face:{

i've used it for 3 days and i'm scared. my face broke out so nasty;places that i've never had acne. but places where i has acne, i think it's working but i have scars from my past stragdy. i don't know if this will be the last product that i've used or it will be the last product that i touched. so, i need to keep doing my job and lets see if my face will clear up beautifuly after 4 weeks.**i'll come back and write a review*
