Pros:

This thingy really works on fresh pimples.

Cons:

You have to read the directions.

Recommended by my dermatologist as safe for skin. Used it only one time and my pimple is no more. No cortisone shots ever did this! Highly recommended!

Pros:

It works! I bought it right before my tenth high school reunion when my acne was flaring up badly. I used it three times a day (on around six different spots on my face) and after two days, my ace looked dramatically better with fewer and less inflamed pimples. It definitely works better on new pimples though.

Cons:

It is a pain to have to keep buying replacement tips, but to me it was well worth the money spent considering the results!

Glad I bought it- it works!

Pros:

It works!

Cons:

Temporary soft redness after treatment, but it lasts maybe 5-10 minutes if even. Not a big deal.

I'm very pleased. My pimples were gone within 24-48 as it advertised. Again, if I ever experienced any redness afterwards, it was for about 5-10 minutes max.

Pros:

Gets rid of my pimples in one to two treatments. Really works!

Cons:

The Zeno Mini goes thru batteries like crazy.

My first Zeno Mini went bad, and had to be returned. It wouldnt stay hot, and was always cutting off in the middle of treatment. I returned it to the company, and they replaced it immediately even without the original packaging. My second one is staying hot, though the batteries are still dying quickly. Sometimes after only a couple treatments. Will have to look into getting rechargeable batteries. Otherwise, it works great. Zits are gone in one to two treatments, and my red spots only last about 20 minutes tops! And yes, I have sensitive skin too. My husband has also used it on his shoulders and back when he has gotten the occassional zit, and loves it.

Pros:

Works on my sensitive skin.

Cons:

It is expensive. Not for blackheads.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. It is a fabulous and effective spot treatment. My skin is sensitive with a few persistent bumps. Other topicals were way to harsh on my skin and made me peel. Zeno leaves some redness, but this fades within an hour. I use first thing in the morning and when I go to bed, then I wake up the next morning with beautiful skin and no pimple.

Pros:

A QUALITY product that works, or I would not be taking the time to write this! Highly recommended.

Cons:

People that use the internet for their own personal and/or business agendas.

Just goes to show you that you can't believe everything you read on the internet. I have used the Zeno for a while, long enough that I know it does NOT burn skin, it does NOT leave red marks for days (a few minutes MAX, but temporary), it does NOT make pimples worse, and the cartridges DO last a long time. I have found that Zeno just uses a simple low heat. I checked it out on the internet with WIKI and the temperature is SAFE (I called the company, which was extremely nice I might add, and they told me the temperature was about 118 degrees F). Zeno is a quality device that has become part of my daily routine in fighting acne. I would not be writing this if it did not work! It is so sad that people use the internet for their own personal and/or business agendas. Buy Zeno, but follow the directions for the best results. If you buy it locally, you can always return it at the end of 30 days if you have any problems. I say 30 days because you use it on NEW pimples.

Pros:

Nice spot treatment that works as promised

Cons:

Does not work on scars

This device works fast to get rid of blemishes with NO IRRITATION. It's nice to use something that just treats the blemish, and doesn't dry out my whole face!

Pros:

Use it once or twice on newly developed pimples for resolution by the next day. I've only replaced the tip once in the last year, which cost $35 (that's cheaper than any all over monthly acne regimen).

Cons:

Charge it about 12 hours when you first get it, then keep it charged every other week. After 3 consecutive treatments, the device has a safety mechanism of some sort where all you have to is restart it.

Others have written that this is not a credible site to read reviews on zeno. I totally agree! I have been using it for over a year and it really works nicely. Most of the negative reviews you are reading here or elsewhere are obvious "plants" written by a bunch of paid bloggers (I've seen the same comments around) . Don't listen or read their crap. Try it and you will see it works...that is why it has a 30 day money back guarantee. A word of advice if you buy the other zeno, called zeno mini. My friend that bought one said to take the batteries out when you are not using it and then you will have no problems with the battery life (no need to buy rechargeables either).
