Cons:
Burnt my skin, didn't help the pimple, expensive, ineffective
I think it just depends on the person. I saw a lot of great reviews and did a ton of research before buying my zeno, and then it ended up being a total disappointment. It burnt my skin, made the area around the pimple sore, didn't improve the acne (if anything, it made it worse), and was not worth the money in any sense. Also, even if this does end up working ok for you, the replacement tips cost a crap load of money and need to be changed frequently.

Pros:
good return policy
Cons:
didn't do anything, and it was expensive!!
total scam. fancy looking useless gadget that costs way too much. i tried it on the exact type of acne they described, and they ended up surfacing and exploding anyway. oh, and the replacement tips thing is a SCAM!!! tips don't go bad!! they're just programmed to stop working after some time so you have to pay more money!!

Nope
Used this religiously for over a year, it does absolutely nothing except leave red circles where you hold it. There's no way it gets hot enough to kill anything

waste of money
this does absolutely nothing for pimples , you can use a hot rag that gets hot and apply that to your face instead of this ...you need to unclog the infected pore because if you don't it will just keep getting infected

Pros:
It has a 30 day money back guarantee.
Cons:
Did not work at all.
I was very dissappointed with Zeno. It left red marks on the skin, and while it did not hurt, the heat was uncomfortable. It did not help my pimples one bit. I am glad I got my money back.

Pros:
None
Cons:
Doesn't work
I'm a manager at a CVS pharmacy. We only recently started caring the Zeno and I can honestly tell you that every single one of them have been returned. I personally have never tried it, but i think the fact that no one holds on to one for more than a week says enough. They come out with new lines of acne care all the time, most under 10 bucks per bottle... if you think about it you could experiment with at least 15 different kinds for the price of a Zeno, dont waste your money.

Pros:
None.
Cons:
It's a waste of money, time, and effort. I thought it would work, but it just made me break out more, and left red marks on my skin. It's NO GOOD!
Don't waste your money...you're better off buying natural products from health stores and taking vitamins, eating fruits and vegetables, drinking lemon water, doing honey masks, and making sure that you're skin is clean, toned, and moisturized.

Didn't work, irritated skin
Don't waste your money on this product. It does not clear pimples.

Pros:
none
Cons:
ineffective, expensive
Like everyone else, was hoping for a miracle - especially for $150. It did nothing for my breakouts at all. Initially, I used as directed - one session, three times a day. That didn't work, so I tried a more aggressive approach keeping it on the newly-forming blemish 2+ times a sitting. That didn't work, either. I wasted my money on yet another gimmick. You would think at nearly 35 having thrown thousands upon thousands down the tubes, I would have learned my lesson by now...
