Pros:

Probably reduced the severity but not even sure about that

Cons:

Does not work for all
Very expensive to buy
Very expensive per pimple to operatie

It did not work for me. I used it as recommended about 3 times in 24 hours for a pimple that I caught pretty early on. It seemed like it has reduce the bump but the pimple never went away. In fact after 3 days it came back. Good that Walgreens take it back.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Price, Effect, More Hope Wasted, Burning.

First time used, it worked as the packaging said, so I kept it. After the initial trial, it would burn my sensitive and pale skin leaving a red mark everytime, which would take a couple days to heal. A

Waste of time, money, space and hope.

Waste of Money
I begged my mom to buy this for me when I was a teen (about eight years ago). I had seen it on the Tyra banks show lol. Well, it did absolutely nothing for my skin but make my pimples worse.

Pros:

...

Cons:

left tender burns on my face that turned into scars which lasted for weeks... does not work like it says it does, expensive!

I'm really sad to be giving Zeno a bad review. Before purchasing it, I read review after review so that I wouldn't be wasting my $ on another false hope... and practically all reviews were good. But..It seems to work 15% of the time for me. It does one of two things: either WORK and heal the pimple, or, make the pimple even more inflamed and painful. I just do not like this device.. I'm just glad I bought the Zeno mini off of e-bay for a reduced price than the store-bought devices.. makes me feel an itty bit better. I realllly had put my hope in Zeno.

Pros:

Little if any

Cons:

Can be expensive, and not helpful.

If you have sensitive skin like I do, you have to be VERY careful about Zeno. The heat, as advertised, can come close to burning your skin. While this may work to kill the bacteria inside, the heat alone can do major damage to your sensitive skin, especially where the skin is thinnest, ie around the cheekbone area. One spot on the cheekbone skin area that I used Zeno on had taken 2 months for the redness to subside. And final thought, Zeno is really for those who have the occasional pimples. People on this site can tell you they have bad acne when in reality it's only a few unsightly bumps. And they use Zeno, and guess what, it may have worked for them. In my case, I really had severe acne with a lot of papules, pustules, and cysts. When it's THAT bad, and you will know it, then perhaps it's time to stop seeking for reviews and opinions on this site and go to a real dermatologist. I'm currently on Accutane, and I'm making very steady progress. Good luck to you too!

Pros:

None whatsoever.

Cons:

Extremely expensive, completely ineffective.

A complete waste of money. The company would have you believe it works to clear up all pimples. It's only when you buy it and open the shrink-wrapped box to read the user's guide that it tells you it's only effective on certain pimples, and will only clear them up BEFORE they start, i.e. when you notice a bump under your skin that may or may not turn into a pimple. It didn't clear up any of my existing pimples and didn't prevent the early pimples from surfacing. I took advantage of the 30-day money back guarantee. If it sounds to good to be true, it is.

Pros:

None

Cons:

This device completely ruined my skin.. It leaves permanent marks, unless you use it on extremely early acne, most of which can be cured by medication

STRONGLY recommend against this device. you will regret using it!

Cons:

far too expensive. and can burn the skin. you might as well just place your face against a radiator.

Pros:

Pros:

None for me really-it was very expensive and didn't work for me. I did get my money back though.

Cons:

Expensive and doesn't work

This simply did not work on my acne. I do much better with a good skin care regimen. I have had hormonal adult acne for close to ten years now (30 year old female).
